Katy's experience in the industry spans over 30 years, starting with her absolute love of travel from a young age. She worked at Virgin Holidays and British Airways Holidays, selling the virtues of travel to agents and operators. Now, she helps businesses collect customer sentiment and data to improve their customer satisfaction and reviews.
Feefo's subscription model is based on the number of transactions a business is selling a month, with the basic product starting from as little as £99 a month for 200 customer invites. This technology allows businesses to fix things in their business at the touch of a button and improve their reviews to an excellent standard. Feefo also has a team of account directors and customer service managers to provide guidance and best practices based on industry experience.
The pandemic has taught Katy to pay it forward in a consistent manner and she hopes that there will never be another lockdown again. She believes that personal responsibility is key and that medical science has advanced enough to prevent another lockdown. Katy is also personally passionate about golf and hopes to improve her game next year.
