In todays episode I'm joined by an old ex collague and friend Rob Coombes. Coombesy has worked in recruitment with BMS for nearly 10 years now, and a little like me the company has played a massive part in his life. 

In his time with BMS he quickly established himself as a top performer in the business and has gone on to be one the companies greatest ever recruits. Along that journey he has picked up a ton of recruitment wisdom, some of which I'm lucky enough that he shares with me today..
