Domestic violence and sexual abuse can wreak havoc on our self-confidence, including our financial ability to care for ourselves. The path to financial stability starts with acknowledging our resilience, creating a plan of action, and owning our vision for our best life and our capacity to get there.
Diana Yáñez, CFP®, RLP® is the founder of All the Colors, where she works to transform money management worldwide for women of colour entrepreneurs. Her vision is to create culturally aware systems for women of colour entrepreneurs' money to become a stable and supportive foundation for themselves, their loved ones, and their community.
She can fulfil this vision due to over a decade of experience with the financial industry, as a social worker, and now as a coach. She brings these skills and experiences to women of colour because she knows financial jargon needs to be translated into language and priorities that make sense to this underserved community.
