Ca: En un matí clar de juliol, Barcelona s'estenia als peus del majestuós Castell de Montjuïc, amb les seves parets de pedra antiga i racons secretes.
En: On a clear morning in July, Barcelona stretched out at the feet of the majestic Castell de Montjuïc, with its ancient stone walls and secret corners.

Ca: El sol projectava una llum càlida, només interrompuda de tant en tant per algun núvol amenaçador a l'horitzó.

Ca: La Laia havia descobert feia poc un mapa vell entre les pertinences del seu avi.
