Elden is one of Elemental Movement's Coaches. He has supported the transformative processes of hundreds of people across a broad array of contexts. As a mentor & coach he pulls from more than a decade of experience leading practices in movement, mindfulness, emotional awareness, somatic awareness, authentic communication & land based spiritual connection with individuals & groups.

He considers it an honor to reflect the truth’s of those he works with in ways that support them in embodying their greatest relational alignment of mind, body & spirit.

Elden shares his day-to-day life with his greatest teachers: Violet (his daughter) & Ayla (his partner). He feels fortunate to have a deep network of supportive relationships with friends, peers & mentors that continually inspire him to grow & evolve.

Elden’s passion leads him into exploring the natural world, playing in gyms & dojo’s, reading, listening, artistic creation & perpetually seeking life affirming experiences in many forms.

The land he calls “home” is the unceded ancestral homeland of the Ramaytush Ohlone, most commonly referred to as the San Francisco Peninsula.
