Have you ever noticed how often people say, "In Jesus' name"?

When Jesus says, "Whatever you ask in My name, this I will do," is He giving us a blank check? Does praying in Jesus' name mean that God will give us whatever we want?

That's exactly what we're going to explore today in John 14: 13, 14.

Because if we misunderstand these verses, we'll misunderstand prayer itself.

But if we understand what Jesus is saying, we'll discover that praying in His name is far greater than simply ending our prayers with those words.
