Carl brings more than 40 years of experience in senior leadership positions in the pensions and insurance industry to his role as an executive coach and business advisor. Following a career with a Fortune 500 company that took him overseas to lead change in various countries, Carl turned to coaching as a way to share his wealth of knowledge gained from many successes – and the occasional mistake. He is energized by the opportunity to help others grow and develop into confident, capable corporate leaders.
Carl combines a good sense of humour with a pragmatic and straightforward approach to address challenges head on, in order to deliver effective coaching and business advisory solutions. A graduate of the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, Carl has served on several charity boards.
