Matt is the Executive Director of Working America, an organizing and research arm of the AFL-CIO.  Matt discusses his background in organizing, the multi-pronged strategy of Working America, how racism has impacted organizing and his own experience, and how and why they’ve been able to gain support from Working Class folks for progressive policies.
