André is a Senior Director of Product Strategy at Digital Ocean (DO) driving the strategic direction for their product portfolio. He shares his experience joining DO and contributing to their growth from 200 person pre-IPO startup, to a post-IPO company with over 1,500 on staff. André also shares prior experience leading product at large enterprises like IBM and startups like BlueBox and Digital Forest.

André is equally talented in the music studio as he is the boardroom. We discuss his love of music, which started at the age of 7, and how his passion for music has been a stabilizing force, has provided him a sense of community and been an accelerator for his professional career.
