They are teachers at Garza Pena and Palmer Elementaries respectively they are both passionate about integrating technology in the classroom and actively incorporates tech.

She believes that using tools like Gimkit, Nearpod, Newsela, and others not only engages students but also equips them with essential tech skills. Let’s dive into this exciting conversation!
As a second grade teacher, I understand the importance of integrating technology into my daily lessons. The use of technology can help engage all types of learners, during daily activities. This is why I make sure to utilize different technology resources such as google slides, splashlearn.com, Kahoot, Blooket, I-Station, Epic books, and Imagine Math on a weekly basis. These resources help create a more engaging learning environment for my students.
