Starting this podcast mainly so I will NOT bug my friends and family by talking about this all the time 🙂

So, starting out here are my stats:

57 years old (Just)
Diabetic type 2 with an A1C of 7.6 at my last Doctors visit.
220lbs (I’m 6 feet tall)
Neuropathy in my feet (moderate)
Diabetic retinopathy (very minor) in both eyes (Fixed with Laser treatments)
A bit of brain fog
A bit of fatigue
AND I’m a bad speller (this won’t change much I’m sure) 🙂

Let’s see how it changes over time. I’m starting on Feb 2nd, 2023 (Ground Hog Day)
