The FDA and Silvestri Sweets Inc. have recalled Favorite Day Milk Chocolate Covered Caramels with Nonpareils. This candy contains undeclared tree nuts. Those with tree nut allergies including reactivity to chestnuts, brazil nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, pine nuts, and cashews could develop serious or life-threatening allergic reactions after ingesting this candy. The affected lot is #33822 with a Best By date of 12/2023 sold at Target stores. Do not consume this candy but call Target Guest Relations at 1-800-440-0680 for a refund.
