In this tactical episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, we’re diving into the Weekly Look Back part of the YLF Framework. I’m guiding you through the process of evaluating your minimum daily actions and weekly goals without judgment. Whether you had a week that flowed well or one that felt completely sideways, this practice is about observing, not criticizing.
If this week didn’t go how you planned, you’re not alone. Instead of beating yourself up, I want you to look at what happened, see what (if anything) you can learn, and recognize that sometimes… life just happens. And if you find yourself stuck in that “it is what it is” loop week after week, it might be time to revisit how you’re setting your goals. These goals should be within your control and achievable almost daily.
Once you build that foundation of success with manageable goals, you’ll be in a stronger position to pursue stretch goals and bigger milestones. So take a few moments to reflect, adjust if necessary, and get ready to plan for next week with confidence. And if your goals are already clear? Write them down. Let your mind chew on them in the background if needed. You know yourself best.
Thanks for being here and doing this work with me. Let’s keep moving forward.
