The Creative Act: A Way of Being

Welcome back! I'm back with an episode about a concept I think it's important to visit frequently; REALationships! This episode is all about understanding the difference between relationships rooted in realness and those that are surface level. We're talking about the importance of understanding other people (especially those we have close relationships with), ourselves, and our differences so that we can better assess our relationships and decide which role each should play in our lives. But FIRST! I of course have some life updates AND associated life lessons for you. I'm telling you about how an interesting interaction with a local business's chef made me rethink how I present myself when I don't know whose watching, and how a conducting workshop I played in showed me the value of first impressions. I also have some fire recs that I know you'll love, and some you might roll your eyes at me for. Either way, thanks for tuning in to Sarapy. I hope you listen, hope you laugh, and hope you learn :) <3
