We all have our secrets or skeletons in the closet, so to speak. And sometimes life makes us meet people who become very important in our life, which means trust is the key to a successful relationship. That also means that our secrets might hold us back to being absolutely honest with the people that we love, so here understatement comes into this game and causes problems. So in order to build a happy family or a healthy relationship with your friends we need to let the secrets out and people will decide whether or not they want to stay in your life or not. We are usually intimidated by the truth especially if it can hurt others. And it takes courage to be honest with everyone you love, so we should learn and experience that as much as we can.
