A Wisconsin family will never be the same because of a fatal crash that took the lives of 4 siblings. A Neenah man is facing criminal felony charges, including a 5th OWI, for the head-on crash on December 16th.

Winnebago County Sheriff John Matz, was listening to the 93.9 & 1490 WOSH Morning Show when host, Phil Cianciola, was requesting listener input as to what can be done to get repeat OWI offenders out of the drivers seat. Sheriff Matz chimed in with a view from the law enforcement side, and his personal proposal.
