A Neenah man is facing criminal charges, including a 5th OWI, after a crash he was involved in, claimed the lives of 4 siblings. The siblings, ranging in age from 23 to 9 years old, were returning home from their Saturday tradition of shopping, and dinner at Culver’s. Just a few miles from their home, the siblings never arrived.
