Meet Ericka Aden:
Ericka Aden was born in the late 70s and he’s a native of Denver Colorado. She has two children. Her eldest daughter Leah is 26 years old, last year, she suffered a traumatic event and lost her youngest daughter at 23. She also has a granddaughter who is four years old and is one of the biggest joys of her life. In the early 2000s she studied psychology and performing arts at the Auraria campus and during that time she worked with people with traumatic brain injuries. She started to study yoga at that time to help those individuals with their physical ailments, and to teach them how to meditate. After that Ericka worked with other groups of people with varying physical, mental and emotional deficits. In the late 2000s she started working with seniors in senior, living communities and learned energy healing called Therapeutic Touch. Throughout this time Ericka practiced yoga and guided meditation. Over the last few years, she began her journey to become a yoga instructor, and runs a group on Facebook called. The Honest Woman which is a group she started many years ago to reach out to women for empowerment. This last year, with the loss of her daughter that has proven to be difficult but throughout she maintains that empowerment mental, physical and spiritual health is most important. She is currently the membership and marketing Director for the Colorado Chiropractic Association, which supports and promotes those goals of hers.
