Meet Allison Burdick:

Allison lives in Pittsburgh PA with her husband Matt, and newly adopted puppy – 4 month old border collie named Lila. Lila keeps her pawrents on their toes and is always up for an adventure! Allison loves hiking and traveling, and is teaching Lila the art of people watching (recently at the Watkins Glen NASCAR race and town festivals). Allison has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fredonia University and a Master of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University. With a passion for understanding human behavior and a deep desire to help others grow and develop, she currently works in Training and Development. Allison firmly believes in the power of continuous learning and considers it an integral part of personal and professional growth. Some of her favorite areas include stress management, time management, and overall wellness.
