Aziza episode is one of the heaviest episodes we've ever done. Her story of being molested and raped since a young child by her own father is beyond traumatic. A pain and experience no one should have to endure. We discuss her upbringing with her father, mother and siblings. Her not knowing how to find help for a horrible situation. We discuss her having 4 children by her father. The genetic disorders that come with that and why her father deemed it to be okay. To put her story in a short bio is not possible and would be a disservice. Her story is by far heart touching and sad but the beauty in it is seeing how she was able to prevail through it all! Andre Norman story is another one that can and will save men and women of all ages. If you listen and digest the information you can avoid some of the lessons he had to learn once it was too late. Some people never get second chances but even within those moments so many lessons can still be observed. We discus Andre growing up and seeing why he internalized violence and had no problem with it. It was caused from the deeper root of seeing his mother beat consistently. Many people can relate and have caused that to them to commit actions that have long consequences. We discuss that here so people can avoid doing the same thing. Prison is not just for people who have committed crimes and have been sentenced but also the people who are in situations of feeling trapped and have unintentanly sentenced themselves and have not taken the steps to gain freedom. We want to help many women reach that level. Naomi talks about her healing journey after being sexually assaulted by her own brother. These conversations can be triggering but we are grateful the healing part is the focus. Naomi talks about her childhood as well. From having different parents. Her goal as she got older and dropped out of college was to pursue her dreams. We are advocates that college is not for everyone and shouldn't be forced. She left after 1 year and never looked back. A Story Of Evolving Through Experience At The Highest Level

Trigger Warning ⚠️Roger House story is beyond heart touching and inspiring. This episode has to much to unpack it had to be broken into 2 parts. Roger story starts from the trauma he experienced early on causing him to make so many other decisions that could've been avoided. His story will help someone else currently make better decisions and get the help they need. From being molested at the age of 5 by an older male cousin. Then again at 9 by a female neighbor is sickening and has caused so many issues he didn't undress until decades later. This fueled him to be the best at everything, from sports to the Navy as well as financially. All those are great but they never addressed the real problem. Roger later went to military and then left due to dark times in there which also caused trauma to later having a successful business but broken heart. These led to a $10 Grand monthly bill of cocaine. A serious drug that nobody needs to test out. 5 years of abuse of himself due to this drug. This is just part 1. Part 2 next week!

She left her job due to her father illness. She talks about expanding her mind and realizing it's more to life. Her father being diagnosed with aN illness giving him a few more years to live. We discuss making new relationships and when to end the same ones. Elevation requires separation when people are not on the same path. That is okay, more people need to embrace that. Negative relationships forced her to do what she always wanted and so many blessings came after that. This episode is not just for the ladies but men too.These are real conversations that we need to have in order for us all to prevail. Carson is a living prime example. His story is very unique and many won't be able to relate but will be able to gain. Getting in a car accident at the age of 2 and not having major surgeries under the age of 8 can be life changing. His life was changed for the better. We discussed his process of growing up with scars his entire life. Being picked on, several people always asking why he looks different. At 19 he has gained so much knowledge and strength to have overcome all this. We talked about how his grandma and mother always blamed theirselves. He was so wise early that he never blamed them but was just mad at the situation. Being able to find peace and embracing it is such a beautiful thing many have yet to do. With this episode I hope many can be impacted to think, live, and breathe differently now. Your story is truly your glory. Cris story is powerful and this episode is filled with life gems. Gems Cris has learned and used to level up his life. Cris is from the DR and came to NYC when he was 8 years young. His experiences from both were blessings in disguise. We discussed his mindset at young age despite getting picked up on by other kids. Many adults don't have his determination. He always knew he wanted more and never stopped until he obtained it. We discussed him learning real wealth wasn't a dollar amount. From reaching financial success at a young age many assumed he was good but within he wasn't at peace. One experience that we discussed is how Cris was grounded through business. He had a lesson that made him lose $80,000 but he doesn't regret it. This experience helped him be better and overall evolve through experience. Everyone needs to truly digest this on the highest level. We even discussed why health and what we eat is so important to the society. This episode was therapeutic as well. The Life Of Javier

Javier rarely ever gets to share his story due to always being behind the scenes. Hearing his story for the first time is relatable to not only Equity D but to so many people. People must hear this. From losing his dad and moving away from his family and friends on a repeating basis. Many people have not been able to get to the point of finding peace in these situations. We hope after hearing his story I believe many will be able to take the lessons. We discussed the importance lessons his father instilled in him before his passing. Working out and taking care of his mental has been a vital aspect for Javier and has helped him beyond measure. Being angry is a common emotion during these times and experiences but it takes another level to find peace and comfort at the young age of 7. This can truly inspire all ages to heal and prevail. Chris is one of the most intelligent people I know but the words needs to know him too. His perspective and experiences are unique but can add value to everyone life no matter where you are in life. We discuss him losing his hunger, leaving college, his parents, how men need certain situations in life to build and much more. Moving back in with your parents after having freedom can be one of most painful moments in one life but Chris used that moment to truly take his life to the next level. The key that created that transition started mentally first. Chris has been through experiences that have made him who he is today but ultimately designing him for who he ultimately is to become. We discusss him meeting his girlfriend Zayla and not only why he knew she was the one. But also why he knew he wanted to settle early to build a family. Ivy story will touch many hearts and minds. This story of triumph is needed for so many who are in or was in the same circumstance of dealing with an abusive partner. Domestic violence is a very serious issue that so many never speak about. Ivy sharing how she dealt with it from her ex-husband while searching for the best route to end the hardship. We discuss her child, family, church, supporters, and non-supporters in the entire situation. We discuss her true feelings of why so many people wait to leave a bad situation. Thankfully she made it out because these are situations that are truly life or death. We share this story in order to help someone else heal and get the help they need before it's too late. Our goal is not to trigger anyone but to show people that they can prevail no matter the situation you are in or been through. You too can come out IVY! Santino story will be hitting home for many in so many ways. The prison system we know is intentional but Santino was able to truly free himself due to that experience of his life. We discuss what caused him to get there and the mindset that got him out. From family, his daughter, lawyer, and level of dedication that all played a role of him truly prevailing his life. Traci is a daughter of previous incarcerated parents. Her story is a light for those who are dealing with the same mental battles she has and is of knowing her parents were taken away from her. She has not only been able to prevail from the situation but also her family and others. We discuss her mental and spiritual battles during these times and what was her greatest outlet during this time. Through the trials of all of this a major organization was birthed. Called the National Council focused on freeing other incarcerated women just like her mom. The organization has done a lot over the past decade for so many families. [Why Do You Believe You Can't? ]
The only limits you have is the ones you place on yourself. Those limits may not even be your own until someone or something placed on you. Once you accept their words and thoughts they become true. Equity D is a prime example and we all guilty of allowing ourselves and others place limitations on us. Question yourself the next time you think you can't do something. This is still life or death. You have to apply this to all areas of your life. We just have to start today! Don't let another 5-10 years go by and you still didn't even start what you always wanted to do. This is a life or death situation. We have to evolve for the better because the alternate route isn't working and has never worked for me or you. Why not take the better route especially knowing you want the reward that comes at the end of it. This episode of Evolving Through Experience is special and emotional. [The Indescribable Birth Of Purpose]
How something starts is vital. The birth of Evolving Through Experience and the energy put into creating it down to website was important. It was energy that Equity D wanted the world to be exposed to in a healthy manner. The website was very intentional. Every word and page was carefully crafted to relay a vision to the people. This episode we share those reasons. One of the most important pages Evolving Souls creation and intentional effort to reach everyone in the highest way possible. We shared stories from the direct individuals by the individuals. Nobody can tell your story better than you. From the website to the stories to March 2020. Covid-19 played a crazy but vital role in our lives. This episode is for those who have and have not been exposed to journaling. The stigma around journaling has to be shifted. Evolving Through Experience will play a role in that transformation. Kids, women, and men need to hear and see the power of journaling. Journaling is a form of healing and can used for many different reasons.
