021_Reacting vs. Responding

I aspire to become someone who responds rather than reacts. I recognize the danger of impulsive and immature knee-jerk reactions that lack careful consideration. My goal is to cultivate leadership skills, not simply boss others around. In all aspects of life, I strive to exercise wisdom and respond in a way that benefits the people I interact with and the circumstances I encounter.
