028 | Make a Mess & Clean it Up

In the business world, it's common to shake things up with new systems, software, or ideas. However, this can often disrupt our regular flow and create chaos that requires cleaning up. It's similar to tearing off a roof - first, we create a mess, and then we need to figure out an efficient way to clean it up. Despite the initial disruption, we become more adept at streamlining the process each time we clean up after ourselves. For example, when we first tackle tasks such as running payroll, we inevitably make mistakes and create a mess. But through trial and error, we develop better systems and processes to clean up our mess and improve efficiency.
