On today's podcast where we'll be discussing Jake's 417 Pest Solutions company truck and system. Jake is a pest control expert and his company's ideology is based on being efficient, effective, and lean, similar to Chick-fil-A's small menu approach.

Jake believes in keeping things simple and super lean to avoid wasting time, effort, and resources. His truck is a reflection of this ideology. He uses the deck system with two drawers labeled as most used and least used for easy access to his equipment and products. He pays his employees every morning to fix what "bugs" them, and make the truck more effective, efficient, and clean.

Jake loves the deck system because it's super convenient and easy to use. He has products that are all labeled and organized. Ensuring that everything is labeled, makes it easier for his employees to use the truck efficiently. Knowing exactly where everything is allows for a smooth and quick service that the customers love.

One of Jake's ideas for becoming even more efficient is to switch to Tesla's electric vehicles for his fleet. Electric vehicles would help him lower his overhead costs by reducing gas expenses. However, Jake acknowledges that everyone has different visions and goals, and the use of any vehicle is ultimately up to the individual's preference.

The 417 Pest Solutions company truck and system, reflects his ideology of keeping things simple, lean, and efficient. His use of the deck system and labeling of equipment and products help ensure that his employees can easily find and use what they need.
