Paul is back for another episode. This week he talks about Journaling and why it is important for personal and spiritual development and getting clarity of our thoughts, and becoming clear on what is going on. What is also discussed is

- how journaling helps reduce anxiety and is a great de-stressor for when one feels overwhelmed.
- the benefits of writing down and seeing what's going on in one's life and figuring out their thoughts, feelings and emotions.
- how journaling encourages space from negative self-talk and self-criticism.
- the health benefits of regular journaling e.g., reduced blood pressure, better mood.
- that journaling allows oneself to learn about themselves, find out who they are and why they are that way.
- some tips on how to journal e.g., picking a time of day and a medium that best suits you.
- setting a goal of how often you will journal each week.
- asking yourself a question and then trying to answer it in regards to how you feel and why you feel that way.
- asking yourself "what can I do today to make this day great and feel my needs?"
Paul also talks about gratitude journaling and what it is and its many benefits e.g., strengthens emotional resilience. Also discusses some tips on how to do gratitude journaling and giving full attention to what you have gratitude for and appreciate in your life.
