Even writing this story makes me a bit uncomfortable because I’m extremely shy! If you know a shy person, think about their behavior then multiply it by fifteen. That’s me. I was so shy that I avoided everyone. If guests came to my house, I’d run to my room and lock myself in there until they left. My parents never bothered trying to change me though – they just accepted me for who I was and I was thankful for that.
