Kimberlee is a results-driven and highly motivated supply chain leader with experience across the end-to-end supply chain. She has spent her career solving complex supply chain problems, developing teams, and bringing awareness to the profession. With a passion for learning, she is always exploring new concepts and challenging her team to think differently. During the first 10 years of her career, she worked in transportation, sourcing, and planning, where she had the chance to implement new supply chain tools and lead teams. She was an early employee at a startup where she had the opportunity to build a supply chain and team from the ground up. She now works in consulting with a focus on supply chain transformation where she uses her past experiences to lead her clients. She is a board member of The Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and leads their Young Professionals Committee. She is passionate about mentoring students and young professionals as they navigate the early years of their careers.
