Mass shootings in America seem to becoming an epidemic. It's several instances in the past few decades where someone will go places where it's a congregation, a concert for an example, and someone come with an assault rifle and start shooting. A mass shootings is when four or more people are injured by gunfire in one location. The Columbine incident is an inspiration to school shootings, where children will go on a shooting spree inside the schools. What triggers a person or child to commit a mass shooting.
