This heart to heart we are continuing the series for Suicide Prevention Month and kicking off a new segment, Heart Tracks.  Heart Tracks is a way to find marriage and life lessons in song lyrics.  We kick off the segment with Logic's song 1-800-273-8255.  Let's dive in to better understand the differences between depression and sadness as we continue to be aware of the symptoms for ourselves and our spouses.
