Emotions are messy - but are a gift. The wisdom given to us in Proverbs is intended to help redirect some of the emotions that have been driving us in strange ways throughout our lives. But Jesus doesn’t intend to remove emotions from us. He desires that we would be more emotional for what is good, right, and true.
