Jake Boston is a Youth Wellness Coach that teaches the youth the importance of the decisions we make.   What we do affects those around us and our families.  He uses sports as a way to connect with youth and teach them life-changing skills.   Jake never thought he would be a wellness coach much less a foster parent.  His mother, who passed during the pandemic, was a foster mother and let him know that she was proud of him and the work he does.  Apart from sharing important life tips for youth and parents, he continues to teach respect and communication by example.
