Alternative equipment is often overlooked as an important part of a strength training program, especially for beginners or older adults. At-home workouts do not have to be cookie-cutter, boring workouts. By mixing and matching alternative types of equipment with full-body movements, you can build your lean mass, lower your body fat, and improve your cardiovascular health.
