Hi, I’m Karen Vineyard, Market Executive for Global Commercial Banking at Bank of America, and I’m excited to welcome you to a special podcast series, Mid-Market Moments.
When we think about what truly drives our local and national economies, it’s the often the forgotten Middle. There are over 200,000 U.S. companies with revenues from $10 million to $2 billion that form the backbone of American economy - quietly advancing business and producing roughly 1/3 of the US GDP. Even during the last financial crisis, middle market companies added nearly 2 million jobs. The thinkers, the doers, the innovators - these companies know what it means to dig in, and dig out.
We’re inviting influential Middle Market leaders to share their stories of agility, creativity, hard choices and smart moves. How they are navigating now and next -- specifically how they are dealing with tech, talent and turmoil. I hope you will join us for an insider’s view on what it means to be in the Middle and on the forefront of change.
