Let's Talk UNCUT: Recent Episodes

Destiny Holder

Let’s Talk is centered around mental health, for you to get insight into what it takes to be a dreamer. Created by me, Destiny Holder, and as a 20-30minute show on my Youtube channel (The Destiny Holder). After seeing how easily it is for my guests and I to speak (for on average 1.5 hours straight), I decided I wanted to provide an even deeper experience for my audience. With more questions, heavier topics, and relatable experiences, than shown on Youtube, you gain all access to what my guests have to share. Welcome to a new world of unfiltered vulnerability. Welcome to Let’s Talk: UNCUT. Xoxo, Destiny.

My old therapist once asked me what I do for leisurely fun and I couldn’t give her an answer. Why? I was trying to monetize everything I was passionate about! Dance, Cooking, Makeup, Art, Writing, literally anything I was good at. It’s easy nowadays to try to monetize off of every creative endeavor or business venture you think of, but I’m exhausted! It’s time to take a step back and look at what I can keep for myself as a leisurely activity and not make it money-driven. A work and play life balance is something I am prioritizing. My episodes are literally self-driven therapy sessions, so join me as I speak what’s on my mind. I answered my own questions after recording this episode so I hope it brings you some purposeful clarity as well!

Oh you know, just girly things at the gym! I’m talking about my workout routine, coregasms, peeing, capillary itching, asthma, pelvic floor dysfunction. Everyone talks about hot girl summer and not about what we go through to get there HA! I know I’m not the only one who experiences these things. Gymshark should definitely sponsor me, I have a great testimonial.

In this episode I talk about the phone call that completely changed the dynamic of our separated  relationship. When going through big life changes like this, true colors of everyone who surrounds you are shown in vibrant shades. Wish me luck in court, because everything that went down with the car has been completely unfair and damaging to me and me only thus far. This is 4/6 episode on my first break up.

Get in front of a mirror for this one. If you're in your car, pull down that mirror and lock into your beautiful eyes for deeper connection to yourself. I spent a long lonely time in a psychiatric hospital...and created this meditation for myself that I recited out loud every day. Multiple times, I'd sit down in silence with nothing but my breathe and these words. I invite you to do the same, and play this episode whenever you need. Cheers to 2023.
