Welcome to the Jaekhpod podcast! We're going to take a trip around the galaxy and discuss important topics from societal issues to basic everyday things. It is hosted by Jaekh and sometimes there are special guests. So get in the pod and let's zoom through the vast universe.
Jaekh gives an overall update on her life and talks about plans for the new year 2022. She let's us know why the podcast went on an unplanned hiatus.
In this episode, recorded since April 23rd 2021, Jaekh talks about dealing with sad episodes and being a bad friend, as well as different types of friends and friendships she's had, be it irl or online. Following up with the topic of social media and how engagements on the apps affects the creator. Random topics are thrown in too, even about flat earthers!
The Jaekhpod is back after a long hiatus, it will begin with a prerecorded episode from last year and then a bonus update episode.

Jaekh talks about alien clones and Pokemon in the first few minutes. By the request of her friends she brings up the topic of impostor syndrome and what she thinks can help someone if they deal with it even if she never had to before. Along with a few other things such as dealing with emotions, or how she tries to deal with hers. A short high school time and much more ramblings.
In episode one Jaekh talks about herself a bit, while delving into serious matters such as disordered eating, mental health, self-hate, and how growing up in a Caribbean household affects the way we deal with certain topics.
