Bruce Ritchie, founder of the Green Room and Spoken Brand Narratives joined me on this month’s edition of the HaPi podcast.
Being innovative within Pharma is an interesting topic to discuss and Bruce has seen this from both sides of the Pharma fence both working for a big Pharma and more recently partnering with Pharma with his own business.
He has been involved in Marketing, Product Management and Brand Management working with healthcare professionals across the globe helping them talk effectively about their brands.
Bruce is brilliantly honest in his perception of innovation within our industry and provides some strong examples of where it’s been effective but also where it’s fallen and not worked but has a very clear vision of “providing a solution to a problem..” Bruce likes to talk about searching for problems then producing a solution, which, for me, is where we need better innovation within our industry and is music to my ears!
This episode will be a valuable listen for everyone as it will encourage you to think openly about how to create innovative ideas more regularly no matter where you are within our fantastic industry.
