Today we talk about a key work in achieving anything you are going for - consistency. We relate this to our diets, mostly, but somehow turn it into something that we can learn from and move forward with. Consistency, and intention to deliberately take action towards achieving your goals. I don't know how we do it this time, but this is a very motivational message.

We had a mindset shift in this episode. I always thought that there was a dichotomy of success and failure, and we are in the middle of it. You either make choices to help you succeed, or choices that lead to failure - and of course that's part of learning and you make different choices as you go. This is a new shift on looking at what the pathway to success could really look like. Very interesting conversation to say the least.

Did this shift your mindset on your thoughts about success?

Do you have a similar dynamic in your households?

This is more of an educational/serious discussion than our typical conversations - let us know what you think!
