I stand before you today as a testament, and sharing my story about chasing those elusive fireflies and learning to live free again. You see, I used to be afraid of the dark, scared of what might jump out at me from the shadows.

Trauma had a way of coloring my view of the world, making me see dangerous around every corner. Living in fear became my norm, like a comfy, but terrifying, security, blanket.

But one day, something shifted.

I decided to go out there and chase fireflies into the unknown instead of waiting for joy to come to me, to take a chance on experiencing happiness and passion and freedom that comes with letting go and letting God.

Slowly, and surely, I began to find myself again. I started to recognize that the fears of holding me back were nothing more than illusions, smoking mirrors designed to keep me small.

And you know what? I am tired of playing small.

I am tired of missing out on my on fire, and on the things in life that truly bring me joy .

So, I am taking a leap of faith, and I am starting by releasing the group the fear hat on me, embracing the uncertainty of the unknown.

I’ve realized that when the pain of staying the same is greater than the fear of the unknown, that’s when we step up our game. That’s when we let go of fear. That’s when we embrace a fierce determination to thrive, and that’s when we know we’re ready for change.

Here are the book links I mentioned to help you on your writing journey as well:

Every new beginning comes from some other beginnings, and…While many things in my life have been unexpectedly forced to come to an end, I can see that within these endings, within these difficult and life altering goodbyes, there is a new beginning that lies within the Letting Go. Letting go of things I was never meant to hold onto anyway. I have reevaluated many things in my life and I’m realizing that I have the power to say which things stay and which things go.I’m done hiding. I’m done being quiet. And this will be the year. I am rebranding this new year as the catalyst to change as I turn the page and rewrite an ending that no longer serves me. Happy 4th of July weekend everyone! Thankful for my independence and freedom to write using my voice to discover my truth and purpose.

On this special edition, Stephen St. Clair and I are talking about my new novel "Things I Wish I Knew Before I Wrote The Book" as well as the speaking engagement I crushed last week - a comprehensive survival guide on crafting an unforgettable narrative for aspiring authors like you.

It was challenging and at times these last few months, I spread myself way too thin, I did it! And it's opened doors I never expected for the future.

And for the doors that don't automatically open because of this, I am inspired to learn how to break them open myself and climb out of the windows if necessary to light my new storyline and purpose on fire to share myself with you and teach you to rewrite your story too.

Below is the link to both new novels - Fragments of Hope - and - Things I Wish I Knew Before I Wrote The Book.

Hi guys!

As promised, I'm sharing Part 1 of my Decluttering Series Podcasts - How to Declutter Your Mind to Set Your Spirit Free.

Decluttering your mind is not just the first step to writing your story or living a more joyful, peaceful life - it's the first step in changing the rest of your life.

This week's podcast discusses Ways to Declutter Your Mind to Allow Your Spirit To Be Set Free!

So, you say you want a transformation. A change. So do I! So do I!

And I can feel it coming. Been feeling that way for a while.

How about you?

What thoughts have been speaking to you lately?

What changes would you like to see in your own life?

Where do we even start?

When you look at the overall picture, the messy, disconnected, chaotic future before you, it feels like too much!!!!

But we have to start somewhere.

I recently saw a mantra that I've adopted as my own.

One Day... or... Day One... It's Your Choice!

Let this day, this podcast, and this change be your Day One!

All my love,

~Sadie

Hi guys!

Just dropping by to say hi and catch up!

I'm gearing up for a speaking engagement at the end of June and decided to write a full-length companion guide to go with it - The Art of Storytelling: Finding Your Voice Through Writing Your Story.

As you already know, my passion in purpose is Helping Others Find Their Voice & Heal Trauma Through Rewriting Their Story, and that is exactly what I'm going to do!

Stay tuned - my deadline is the first week of June (and we're out of town this weekend for my niece's graduation!), so I'll be grounding myself in my office once we're home and until the end of the month! :-)

In the meantime, I'm going to reshare my Decluttering Series. In the book, I'm talking about decluttering your mind to allow creativity and imagination to flow freely, so I thought it was the perfect time to share it again with all of you. It's a great reminder that I needed myself!

I hope you have an amazing weekend!

Talk to you soon!

All my love,

~ Sadie

Today's podcast gets real and raw as I expose my depression and admit that I, too, have been suffering in silence.

I want you to know that it's okay to admit you are struggling and to reach out when you've had enough.

In today's episode, I share a few tools I'm using to pull myself out of the darkness and reach out to my younger self, my inner child, and reach for her hand to help her heal from trauma so we can both move forward into the future together.

I'm here if you need me - always. And if you're not okay, I'm here too.

We can do this together, you and me. But it's time to get to work.

Hello friends!

We are taking you with us LIVE on our first hike this Spring!

This week has been a week, let me tell you! But above all else, we've learned that the greatest project you could work on is none other than yourself!

And being stuck, stagnant, and reliving the past won't get us to where we want to be - to where the future us NEEDS us to be. So we've shifted our mindset to realize that old ways won't open new doors. We're breaking out of the mold and shedding layers of our former selves as we pivot and take the first steps to change.

We are stepping through that new door with eyes wide open, and learning to live in the moment as we grow and heal and transform into a better version of ourselves than we ever thought imaginable.

We'll take you with us every step of the way, and you can learn right along with us what to do and what not to do.

Come on, you've got nothing better to do, right?

Join on us this journey, won't you?

It's gonna be a wild ride, so buckle up and stay tuned.

What I am beginning to understand is that my pain and my Trauma were meant to lead me here today so that I can better serve you by sharing my pain, and my scars and turning them into a purpose that can show you that you can make it too. So that you know that you are not alone and that you too, can heal and become whole again. Like I've said before, this is not a one-and-done healing experience. No meds, no shot, no cure, no superpower antidote to make it all go away. Actually, that's not true - we DO have a superpower antidote, not to make it all go away, but the power it holds is the strength and determination, and belief to know that we CAN get through this. We've dealt with the hard stuff already so now holds the space for us to heal. I just heard on a podcast this week that said we have to get lost in order to be found. So I'm choosing to look at this a different way - I'm scared right now because I'm more lost than I've ever been. I found myself suddenly pulled back into the past facing my traumas as I'd never faced them before. I am a mosaic of fragmented pieces of beliefs, traumas, happiness, sadness, pain, growth, love, experiences, and a beautiful mess of life lessons that create my spiritual, physical, and emotional being. And this is my profound revelation of the week, lol - we are not the sum of ONE giant healing experience. We will heal millisecond by millisecond at a time. I've been waiting for one experience, one sentence, one feeling that tells me I'm healing. That I've forgiven and can move on. But I'm learning that it will be a constant practice every day of moving towards that goal and learning along the way. Sometimes we fall from Grace and we don't measure up - because we are human. Forgive yourself, but don't make excuses.Own up to it. And DO better. I know your life hasn't been easy, and the cards you've been dealt have sometimes sucked. You've faced more pain, more trauma, and more awfulness than anyone should ever be asked to endure. At times, I've felt like that too. But, here's the thing. We have the opportunity to open our eyes and hearts to the possibility that our pain does not define who we are. It does not define our wholeness and healing either.  What happens from this moment of awakening and moving forward is now MY fault. MY responsibility! You are the artist of your life. We can either remain tethered to the Traumas of our past and never take another step forward to change. That choice is 100% yours to make. But we can also have a profound breakthrough as I did this week and realize that every single day moving forward is a gift from the universe. We get to decide what kind of art and colors and energy we want to create and put onto that beautiful, messy canvas that will become the greatest project we will ever work on -  That project is Yourself. And you get to say who stays, who goes, how you live, who you love, and you get the chance to start over and make your new self as whole and as healed as you want to be without any limitations as you become the very best version of yourself that is possible - if you just take that first step forward. Every Single Step Towards Healing Counts. I hope you'll take that first step with me today. All my love, ~ Sadie

Good morning and Happy St. Patricks Day to all you lads and lasses out there celebrating your Celtic heritage as I am! I have corned beef, carrots, and potatoes slow cooking in the crockpot and my hubby will be adding traditional homemade Irish Soda Bread when he gets home. I can't wait! What are you all doing today to celebrate the holiday? it's also Friday - FINALLY! So what pot of gold are you searching for this weekend to fill your life with abundant joy and purpose? I will be promoting my new book, Fragments of Hope. If anyone hasn't snagged a preorder copy yet, you can do it on Amazon today! https://www.amazon.com/Fragments-Hope-Memoir-Survival-Recovery-ebook/dp/B0BY3NJ1SH It's a memoir of Loss, Survival, and Recovery through the eyes and heart of the main character - Hope Austin - as she hits rock bottom after not one heartbreaking loss, but two. In this powerful story of rediscovering the woman she once was, Hope struggles with addiction, depression, and hopelessness as she comes face to face with each stage of grief. Finding the strength to rewrite her story of tragedy through profoundly moving and deeply intimate chapters of finding grace, a second chance at love, and a purpose born from her journey through grief, she discovers that forgiveness was her turning page. Now I know I might be biased because I wrote that line, lol, but it ended up being the most profoundly powerful sentence of the book. Forgiveness was her turning page. The topic of forgiveness is probably one of the hardest subjects and the most subjective material I could talk about. And I have refrained from bringing it up much because, honestly? I'm not there yet either. Today, I'll take you on a journey of discovering insight into the earliest memories of when we first felt as if we were not enough. We unpack baggage from the past and make a critical choice to empower ourselves on this journey, knowing that it won't make the pain disappear, but we will no longer let it become the driving force of the deeply wounded scars of our existence now. The road to changing your life and rewriting the story of who you want to become without being tethered to a past that no longer has any purpose in your life now will teach you the lessons and then give you the strength to move on. Loving yourself despite your trauma and learning to forgive yourself is the path to that freedom. Now is the time to make the choice - which path on the road will you choose? Your next move after that is to take one step forward, then jump. And I'll be beside you every step of the way.You have permission now to believe that you are enough - even when your trauma once told you differently. You don't need to believe those lies on this new path. They have no place in your life anymore. It's time to Seek Your Truth. It's time to Find Your Voice. Forgiveness is your turning page. Until next time, I am unconditionally yours, All my love, ~ Sadie

We talk about trauma and its connection to spiritual, physical, financial, relationship, and mental derailment and how to get back on track and plot a new course as we learn from lessons of the past and how to make better choices as we learn and grow into a better version of ourselves, not in spite of those traumas, but because of them.

I wanted to make a quick announcement that my new book - Fragments of Hope - will be available for preorder today and will be out in paperback, hardcover, and kindle on March 28th! And I couldn't be more excited to share this news with you all! It's been a long time coming honestly between having COVID twice last year, causing months of brain fog, and the worst case of writer's block I'd ever experienced. But I pushed past it, and here we are! I thought I'd read you the blurb and what the book is about if you are interested in picking up a copy for yourself or someone you know dealing with the tragedy of grief and loss. Okay, so we have an incredible show lined up today and it's on a topic that many of you have said you struggle with, especially inside the parameters of the last two or three years of the pandemic. I think we can all agree that there are times in everyone's life we have felt tired. Stuck. Not inspired to be the best versions of ourselves that we have been called to be, right? For many, life's detours and tragedies is the reason behind that stuckness. For others? It's trauma, pain, grief, and loss of a loved one, a change of life circumstances such as divorce, or even menopause. While there are many causes for feeling uninspired and shrouded by anxiety, doubt, or fear, what I want you to know is that it's okay to feel those emotions and acknowledge they have a purpose for this season, but they are not meant to stay - or to define who we are. So how do we find ourselves again after losing ourselves to darkness, or pain, or trauma so deep we feel like we might never recover? I want to show you how to unearth your true potential and purpose and find your authentic self again by rewriting your story - line, by line, by line. Now, let me ask you a question. It's one I've been considering a lot lately. Do you know - beyond the shadow of a doubt - who you really and truly are? I have my doubts that you do because I feel the exact same way if we get real about things. I am the person that is shaped by my childhood, my past, my religion, my country, my state, my family, and my trauma.Without all of those things blocking my vision, I guess I'm not so sure anymore who I really am. So let's take a step back and peel back those layers to uncover who we once were - our authentic selves. All my love, ~ Sadie

Remember I said that within the past few weeks, a shift happened, and I'm blown away by the realization of how close I'd been all along to achieving those dreams? How I just never saw it before because I was too blinded by my own fears and doubt to see it until now? It's because I've been sitting with my past and all of its trauma for far too long, and I haven't allowed myself to unpack my bags and surrender to the change I knew in my heart HAD to happen before I could move forward. Before I could help YOU to move forward, too. In one of my past episodes (I'll link it below), I mentioned that we each have a bag we carry with all of our memories, our hopes, our dreams, our pain, and our traumas. https://www.podbean.com/ew/pb-f5a3t-10c6536 It's up to us to choose how to deal with that baggage, like what to pack and what to unload, to allow our minds and hearts the space to move forward. When we surrender ourselves and face our fears to move through the obstacles standing before us, we allow ourselves to see that we were being prepared by all of those experiences to do, to BE something greater than we had ever planned. On the other side of that mountain of change, I stand in awe and watch as the universe is revealing the most beautiful tapestry that makes up who I am and who you are. You see, it's formed from every single experience beginning at birth and leading us on this journey to this very pivotal moment in time. Not in spite of our trauma - but because of it. Now I have some pretty incredible news to share with all of you - I am about two hours away from completing my internationally accredited Trauma and Recovery Practioner certification, and I could not be more excited! I listen to podcast after podcast telling me that while it's great to call yourself a "life coach," I need to hone in on my niche and learn who my target audience is and should always be.Well, that's great, but I want to help everyone! LOL But, again, I took a moment to be still. To sit with the calling that resonates within my spirit. I could see clearly now that out of my own pain, my purpose was revealed. I had been focusing on a general writing course and coaching others to write a book. I've also talked about writing their story, but I couldn't see before now that I am meant to help others through their trauma first.Writing can be a powerful way to heal from traumatic experiences. We often have a visceral response to trauma in that we feel this instinctive, gut-deep bodily response to an experience from our past. Our initial response is to allow it to overwhelm us, so we hide from those feelings and experiences and bury them so deep within that we will never have to face the reality of those truths and traumas that cause deeply rooted scars and shame us into thinking we are not enough. But I am here to tell you from personal experience - you can only hide from those demons, those skeletons in your closet, for so long before they arise from those hidden burial grounds and are blatantly staring us in our faces and will not allow us to hide any longer from the truth. This is where I come in. I believe that every story deserves to be told. The hard truths. The weakest moment. The brokenness manifested into healing.Every. Single. Word. is worth speaking into existence. Look, I know the fears that are holding you back, the demons you are too afraid to face because I am facing them, too, every single day of my life. But you do now have to face those fears alone. You don't have to live in fear any longer. You can learn to have power over your past by following my roadmap. I will show you how to break free from the past by working through your own trauma story on a path to healing through rewriting your story. Writing is a powerful tool for reconstructing your trauma story, establishing a safe platform in which to face unspeakable things of the past, and connecting trauma survivors to the present, allowing them the space to truly begin to heal through creative expression. And that, my friend, is what you are, no matter what stage of this story you are living in - You ARE A SURVIVOR! And I am too! Writing your story can be deeply healing and will empower you in ways you could never imagine.Just know that you are on the path - you have found me today, right? So I know it was no accident our paths were meant to align. Right here. Right now. Reach out today if you'd like me to help you get started on your own journey of reclaiming the power of your voice, facing the demons of your trauma, and eventually, becoming a voice of change to help others survive their own. I know you can't see it now, but you'll get there. Just as I did. Someday.By being silent and sitting with the grief of losing yourself to this trauma for far too long. By accepting your faults, trauma, and scars for what they are - your guide to healing through the pain. And I'll be beside you every single step of the way. Because I believe that in showing you my scars, others might know that you can heal, too. Until next time, I am unconditionally yours, All my love, ~ Sadie #IamInPursuitofPurpose http://inpursuitofpurpose.org Email me at: sadiekfrazier@inpursuitofpurpose.org Nomadic Gemini Blog -https://www.inpursuitofpurpose.org/nomadicgeminiblog Previous Podcast on Unpacking Your Baggage and Healing -https://www.inpursuitofpurpose.org/thedailyescapepodcast

On this special Friday the 13th edition - we discuss typical superstitions vs. using the potential power this energy holds to honor a cycle of creativity, of death, and rebirth of our former selves.

We discuss the importance of listening to our gut, challenging our mindset, silencing our fears, and letting go of denial to allow a new path to open to move and spark change.

What's holding you back? What are you willing to do to change?

If we truly want to spark change and propel ourselves forward this year, we, myself included, must push through the hard times, destroy the roadblocks standing in our way, and make it happen, no matter how much work it is going to take to get there.Let's do this!

When one year disappears and slips quietly into the next without much fanfare, it's easy to view in the rearview mirror all of the things we meant to do but never did.

While it would be easier to become discouraged and get down on ourselves and make excuses til the cows come home, we prefer to look towards the future - a brand new year in 2023 - and set our sights and dreams on embracing the year that lies ahead.

Man, I need to apologize! It looks like my last podcast was in February?! I know - I can't believe it either! And it was never my intention for this podcast to become less of a priority and be put on the back burner, that’s for sure.

So, I want to reconnect with you guys. I wanna know how you are all doing? Now that we are well into 2022, how are things going?

I have to laugh that when I looked up the podcast before my last one – the last one in January I think - I titled it “Approaching Burnout – Holy Crap – How Is This Only January – Get Up, Girl. Get Up!”

That just goes to show you my mindset in late January/early February and reminds me of the struggles I had those first two months of the year.

So, where have I been and what have I been doing?  Stay tuned and I'll start with what happened shortly after my last podcast...

Okay, so this week, we are talking about How to Jumpstart Your Year and 8 steps to Awaken Creativity to Spark Inspiration and Joy.

Because I’m an author, I’m going to talk heavily from a writer’s perspective when I’m talking about ways to awaken creativity and spark inspiration, but you can change these steps to suit your strengths and ambitions in life.

1 – you’re gonna laugh. But for me, my journey back to sanity – the first piece of the puzzle in putting my life back together started with chocolate cake. The large piece of homemade Texas sheet cake with homemade chocolate buttercream frosting made by my husband who sat a piece down in front of me and said, “Now, how can I help you get out of the slump you’re in?”

Stay tuned to hear how I get myself out of the messiness and onto the right track to awakening my own creativity so that I can get out of my own way and manifest my very best life!

All my love,

~Sadie

I have to warn you – this isn’t going to be your normal happy-go-lucky inspirational podcast. I’ve got some unloading to do, releasing of my own baggage I’ve somehow accidentally carried into the new year, and I need to unload it before I can move on.

And from others I’ve talked to, podcasts I’ve listened to, we are all feeling a little this way right now. So there is comfort in knowing I’m not alone on this journey of trying to make my way back up to the top of just feeling normal again. Feeling sane and whole. Feeling like I’m ready to conquer this year, just as I had planned.

I’m not there yet, but I’m beginning to feel that passion, that fire, kindling just beneath the surface. So you’ll excuse me for a moment longer while I take a moment to step back, regroup, and come back stronger and better than ever before.

I’m taking my own advice and using this season to hibernate myself into a new me. A better me. One that is full of light, and love, and hope again. And I hope you’ll stay with me as I do. Let’s lean on one another to get through these crazy times.

If there’s anything I’ve learned in these 50-some years around this planet is that no matter how dark things seem, no matter how defeated and desperate you sometimes feel, that darkness always ends. One way or another. And the light always, always, returns to show you a new way again, doesn’t it?

Even in the midst of everything going on around me that appears so negative, so hopeless, so BLAH – my soul senses that there is a change – a huge, massive shift coming my way. And I want to prepare myself the best I can for that change when it happens.

A change is coming my friend, and whether we are ready or not, it is almost upon us. And I for one, don’t want to waste another second hiding in the shadows while it passes me by.

So, what do you say? Take my hand, and let’s find our way out of the darkness, together, you and me?

Alright. Let’s do this.

Until next time, I am unconditionally yours.

All my love,

~Sadie

I'm offering some helpful tips on how to say goodbye to the negativity of 2021 and learn to make every day the very best day of your life before we welcome a brand new year full of hope and possibilities!

Start with letting go of what no longer serves you.

Create a morning routine to get you on the right track to face the day.

Create a mantra. Set an intention or twelve.

Learn to love yourself.

Recognize that life is just too damn short and learn to live as if you were dying.

I also empower you with tools to create a happier life and rewrite the story of your life today!

And this will actually be my final podcast of 2021!

I’ll be on vacation and taking a much-needed break from this crazy world for the next few weeks, but I will be back the first week in January with a fresh perspective, a new set of eyes to survey the world with, and a renewed sense of passion and purpose to share with all of you.

I’ll miss you while I’m gone, but feel free to stop by my website, my blog, or any of my social media accounts and say hi. Let me know how your holidays are going!

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to you all!

All my love,

We're talking real stuff this week. Sometimes people can be assholes. Sometimes life isn't always a bowl of cherries. Sometimes, just sometimes, we set ourselves up for failure because we expected perfection and weren't realistic about our expectations.

Hello all! And welcome to a very special edition of The Daily Escape Podcast.

As you know, I've been interviewing and sharing insights from people who have made an impact in my own life through my "People Who Inspire Us To Be More - To Do More" series.

By interviewing others facing challenges, battling a serious illness, and even those who've come face to face with death and lived to tell about how they made it through - I have found these completely unexpected, life-altering, delicately pivotal moments of change and transformation that happen within as a deeply personal process is revealed through their eyes.

I hope by sharing their stories, their hope, their inspiration, but also their challenges, their fears, and even their bitter, ugly truths - that we might illuminate topics that are often hidden from view or simply not discussed because we are afraid of the answers we might receive.

Today, we have the honor of speaking with someone I want to welcome to The Daily Escape Podcast with arms and eyes wide open, not just because she is my cousin and I love her, but because she is truly one of the most inspirational, strong, remarkably resilient women that I know.

I've asked the tough questions about her journey with ALS and I can't wait to share her answers and her journey with you all as well. And maybe by doing so, we will all have the chance to grow in ways we never, ever expected.

If this podcast speaks to you on a profound level as it did me, let's do our part in helping those with disabilities, specifically with those battling ALS by contacting your local, state, and federal legislators and demanding the changes that need to be made! That's the LEAST they deserve!

So let’s take a step back for a minute – when I started to see my bloodwork results come in, my heart sank because I realized at that moment – I forgot to take care of myself.

I’ve been so busy focusing on everything and everyone else, that I forgot to take care of ME.

So I ask you today – what are you doing to ensure that when everyone else has flown the coop? When you’re left to your own thoughts and hopes and dreams to sort out, are you taking care of YOU?

If not, I’m here to tell you that IT’S TIME! Whether you want it to be or not. It is.

Join me this week as we talk about ways to take care of yourself, show yourself from self-love, and learn to rewrite your history in order to write the story of your life!

After coming off a sugar-crazed week of Halloween, we take a moment to readjust to this new season - the one that seems to already be slipping away.

In this episode - we're talking about breaking free from self-limiting mindsets, pivoting our "blah" and feeling uninspired, to accepting this upcoming fall & winter period of hibernation as a gift to reset time, fall back to refocus, and ways to keep yourself inspired, and recreate your purpose!

We talk about ways to get motivated instead of climbing back under the covers, ways to combat S.A.D., and discuss lots of inspiring things you can do to keep the creativity flowing, even when you feel uninspired to do anything at all!

Until next time,

Alright, so along the same line as last week's episode and finding things that bring you joy – This week’s episode is going to be about Happiness! More specifically, How to Create Happiness - Even when it feels like the weight of the world is resting on your shoulders. I thought I’d share with you a few of my favorite Happiness Makers that I follow and some of their theories on life and how to create happiness everywhere you go, even when you don’t feel it sometimes.

In this week's episode, I share with you thoughts from Happiness Makers Jenna Kutcher, Brendon Burchard, Mel Robbins, and me!

In researching for this episode, I realized there is a common theme among all of the above. It's not that they haven't had their share of struggles because they most certainly have. It's not that they are perfect because they most certainly are not.

But, it’s the choice to choose happiness above all else and stick with it that made all the difference for them. Now, We always have a choice to choose happiness. Sometimes that choice isn't so clear-cut and it begins to divide and conquer the obstacles - but we can still choose happiness anyway despite our circumstances.

Be sure to tune in and listen to find out how!

Until next time. I’m unconditionally yours.

All my love,       ~ Sadie

Welcome to my series on "People Who Inspire Us To Want to BE More. To Want to DO More" with their life than just work for the weekend!

I have quite a few people in mind for some upcoming podcasts that I’d like to have as special guests – but one couple, in particular, we had already interviewed last year on my hubby’s podcast – The Crafted Quill Podcast.

Their names are Adam and Kathryn Frazier and they are van lifers and travel vloggers from their YouTube channel – Adventures of A + K.

We found them by accident one long winter not so long ago looking for travel vlogs that would inspire the novel my hubby and I were co-writing together - Have Fate Will Travel – Chances Are - and we fell in love. We ended up binging all almost 200 videos in one long stretch.

Anyway, they are just amazing and they were not only the inspiration for many of the scenes from our Novel – Have Fate Will Travel – Chances Are– but they definitely inspire us every day to want to be more. To want to do more with our lives.

I hope you enjoy this week’s crossover episode with the Crafted Quill Podcast! We intend to do lots more of these when we can!

And don’t forget – you can find out historic, romance novel set in the WWII era – Have Fate will Travel - on Amazon!

You can find our other words under Stephen St. Clair and Sadie K. Frazier as well.

Happy Friday all! Can you believe it - this is episode 10 already!

In this week's episode - I take you step-by-step and teach you how to create a vision board and manifest a life bigger than your wildest dreams!

Here's a small excerpt from what you can expect to hear!

"So, back to the question if it really works or not. Remember the old saying “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink?” I feel this pertains to the manifestation of your goals as well. We can give you the tools you need, help you create and envision those changes, but it is YOU who must enact those changes. It is YOU who must continue to feed and water and cultivate the seeds to make your dreams grow.

It is YOU who is the only one who can believe and dream big enough to make each and every one of those freaking dreams come true!

And I believe that you, my friend, have what it takes to do so.

So set your fears aside. Get out the tools necessary to create the vision board of your dreams, and then open your mind and let your spirit soar as you envision a life far greater than you could have ever imagined!

Until next time,

I'm unconditionally yours,

~ Sadie

Hi all! This week we are wrapping up our 6-pt series on How to Declutter Your Mind, Home, Body, and Soul to Allow Your Spirit to be Set Free! This week we are talking about our Souls.

We're talking strengthening relationships, struggling through parenting, grieving our pets, cleaning up our messiest spiritual closets, and taking inventory of anything that minimizes our joy.

We discuss how all of these things are an integral part of our entire energy field and affect our soul.

Success Mindest on Twitter recently tweeted - "That risk you're afraid to take could be the one that changes your entire life."

Let me ask you this - what are you willing to do today? What Soulwork are you ready to complete to take the final step - the biggest risk of your life - to enact the very catalyst that will, not if, but when, that WILL be the change that transforms your entire life?

I hope you’ll continue join me week after week after week as we take the next steps in becoming more than we ever thought imaginable. As we learn that nothing is too big to handle when we step out of the way and let the universe guide us.

Life’s not always going to be fun. You’re not always going to be happy. Your journey most certainly is not ever going to be easy.

But my wish for you, friend, is that I can provide you with hope, that I might uplifted you, that I will make you laugh, make you cry, and most especially, instill the fire in your very soul that gives you no choice but to scream out loud – I CAN DO THIS! YES, I CAN!

This week, let’s take the next step and talk about how we are going to declutter our bodies in order to Set our Spirits on Fire! Let’s try to see if we can break it down even further and give ourselves the motivation to take the literal first steps in making us a healthier being, from the inside out!

Actually, I’m going to rephrase that. Let’s do more than just TRY! I’m tired of trying but not reaching the goals I set or where I want to be.

As Yoda says “Do or Do Not. There is No Try.” And you must listen to me, for this is the way. For those of you who are Star Wars Nerds like me and watch the Mandalorian, you’ll get the reference. 😊

Okay, Okay. I digress.

When you think about decluttering your body, what is the first thing you think of? For me, it would be the word “Purge.” For others, it might mean to detoxify. That’s a popular catch phrase in the health and wellness world isn’t it?

I’m going to give you some helpful tips to dive in, get messy, and revamp ourselves as we declutter and purge the sludge keeping us rooted in quicksand – the laziness that’s dragging us under and keeping us from living our best life!

I feel like I’ve been tested – hell, we’ve ALL been tested lately in just about every other way possible. And if I’m being honest – this week has been rough for practicing what I preach and sticking to letting go of negative thought patterns. For some reason, things just felt heavier this week for sure.

Did you feel it too? Who knows, maybe there is a full moon or maybe another planet is charging into another retrograde cycle. Whatever it is, if you’re going through it and you’ve willingly hopped on the struggle bus like I did without giving it much thought, I want you to do me a favor and yell STOP! Do it. Right now. Out loud. (okay, maybe not if you are at work in an office full of coworkers or higher-ups).

But the second you get a free moment to you yourself – I want you to Yell STOP! I wanna get off!

Join me on this week's episode where I share how to make that ride come to a freaking screeching halt.

I'm asking you to get OFF that roller coaster ride and come sit with me for a minute while we talk.

If you REALLY want to get back on again, I’m sure there will be many opportunities and that driver would love to swing back by and pick you back up.

All I’m asking for is a moment of your time. Hear me out. Take a moment to breathe. And let’s refocus on energies on starting over.

If any of those pieces of the puzzle that make up our entire, earthly being are cluttered, can you see how the energy flow needed for living our best life might be blocked?

Let’s focus first on our physical surrounding. Our physical home with walls and windows and doors. Where do we even start?

I've got tips to get you unstuck and inspired!

Let’s set our intentions on manifesting exactly what it is that we desire that future to look like, in all it’s decluttered glory!

You won't want to miss this one.

It's emotional.

It's powerful.

It's life-changing.

It wraps up our 3-episode series on How to Declutter the Mind to Allow Your Spirit to be Set Free!

Episode Title - You are Worthy. You are changed. You are Free.

View Details

In this week's episode we continue decluttering our minds to allow our spirits to be set free.

We each have a bag we carry with all of our memories, our hopes, our dreams, our pain, our traumas. It's up to us to choose how to deal with the baggage, what to pack, and what to unload to allow our minds the space to move forward.

When we surrender ourselves and face our fears to move THROUGH the obstacles standing before us, we allow ourselves to see that we were being prepared by all of those experiences to do, to BE something greater than WE had planned.

On the other side of that mountain of change, we stand in awe and watch as the universe reveals the most beautiful tapesty that makes up who we are, formed from every single experience beginning at birth and leading us on this journey to this very pivotal moment in time.

For this week’s podcast we discuss Ways to Declutter your Mind to Allow Your Spirit To Be Set Free!

So, you say you want a transformation. A change. So do I! So do I! And I can feel it coming. Been feeling that way for a while. How about you? What thoughts have been speaking to you lately? What changes would you like to see in your own life?

But where do we start? When you look at the overall picture, the messy, disconnected, chaotic future before you, it feels like too much!!!!

But we have to start somewhere.

I recently saw a mantra that I've adopted as my own.

One Day... or... Day One... It's Your Choice!

Let this day, this podcast, this change, be your Day One!
