Today, I wanted to share 5 Practical Ways To Experience Personal Growth. I have been implementing these things into my personal growth journey and hope they can help you.
In this episode, I discuss some journaling ideas for beginners. Journaling has been a part of my daily routine for many years, and I believe it has benefited me mentally and emotionally. Journaling helps me to process my thoughts and feelings by putting them on paper. Sometimes when I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed, I’ll grab my journal and write out everything I’m thinking and feeling. I usually feel better afterward and have more peace and clarity. Listen in to get some journaling prompts to get you started with journaling.
Today I’m sharing three things I have done that have helped me push past social anxiety, leave my comfort zone, and have enabled me to be more social and welcoming to others. Sometimes our minds can be our biggest enemy when it comes to reaching our fitness goals. Today I sat down with Certified Personal Trainer De Bolton to discuss how you can face and overcome mental hurdles on your fitness journey.
In this episode, I interview De Bolton of Faith Fueled Mom and we discuss her story of losing 100 pounds and how to overcome mental hurdles we face in our fitness journeys by creating new habits and mindsets and well and trusting God, and having faith.

I don’t know about you but sometimes I can find myself feeling low and my spirits down for what seems like no good reason. I’ll feel a bit grumpy and I just don’t feel like doing the things I need to do. There are many factors that can affect our moods including sleep deprivation, low blood sugar, stress, diet, and hormones. But sometimes it’s hard to pinpoint exactly what’s causing us to feel low so we just go through the day feeling blah. Over the years I’ve found some ways to lift my spirits when I’m feeling down and I want to share them with you so maybe you can try them as well. If you believe you may have a serious mood disorder be sure to talk to your doctor to get professional help and don’t suffer alone.

If you’ve been feeling down for awhile now and questioning what you should be doing, why things are going how they are going, or where this life is taking you. It’s time to get up.Start moving in the direction that you believe you should go and let God guide and redirect your paths. Grieve your losses, learn from your mistakes, and be grateful for your blessings. Whatever you do, don’t stay down. Get up. “Now get up and stand on your feet. I have appeared to you to appoint you as a servant and as a witness of what you have seen and will see of me.” - Acts 26:16
Today I’d like to share a few ways that we can deepen our relationship with God and get to know him better for ourselves. Our faith journey is truly about developing a personal relationship with God and not just going through religious motions. I hope you find this helpful, let me know how you get to know God better.
In this episode, I discuss some tips and techniques I use to overcome anxiety and panic. At one point in my life, I began experiencing bouts of anxiety and depression after returning from a military deployment. I decided to see a behavioral therapist and I dove head first into learning all I could about controlling my symptoms holistically. Through exercise, healthy eating, prayer, and fasting, I was able to manage the anxiety and depression I had been feeling. Today I want to share other things that worked for me in hopes of helping someone else.

There will be times in our lives when we won't receive the support of people who we believe should support us and we will feel let down. It doesn’t matter how much someone loves us or how much we love them, they will let us down and we will let them down at some point.
This is because we are all just people trying to figure out how to live, how to be, and how to treat others in the process.
But there is a man who we can depend on to be there for us no matter what.
He remains the same even when we change.
He's there when we fall.
He's there when we pull away from him.
That man is Jesus.
He is our constant supporter.
In this episode I discuss how I'm choosing peace over panic and how I'm trusting God with my future and circumstances.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” - Jeremiah 29:11
