I'm super excited to deliver this wellness presentation for elite athletes and people going about everyday life. My editing chopped a word or two off a couple of sentences and I talked quickly, but that's life. I hope you can hear my passion for the topic. For me, the relationship between mental/physical health, and high/low performance is an interesting topic.

In this recording I put toxic criticism on the radar screen and show where that road ends. I also listed screening systems I use to make sense of these comments. As always, see your doctor or psychologist for advice before starting anything. Or seek the advice of your support crew. I'm not trying to take their job.

I'm listing what I've seen and where it ends e.g., good or bad. To gain a deeper understanding of our culture took hundreds of thousands of hours (and dollars), as well as a lot of pain.

I don't want you or anyone to be destroyed through visual, virtual and verbal violence (4vk). If you want to support my work, which assists people and the natural world, please recommend me to your peers. We may even be able to work together one day.

In summary, the intent of the recording is to let people know more about toxic criticism, low and high performance. With a better understanding of culture we can plan a more positive and productive future. If you need crisis support, call lifeline in Australia on 13 11 14.

Good luck chasing your goals.

Regards,

Lyndon

In this podcast I'm talking directly to leaders, with the goal of explaining the good intentions behind the messages listed between podcast 13-20. Please watch out for groups trying to twist the message.

This including media outlets and most likely one dimensional aggressive or even evil people who don't want an inclusive message, or their forms of abuse towards other groups being highlighted. Highlighting all behaviours and where they take people and culture, will give you the reality of your society today. From there you can design more accurate plans to move your country/culture forward.

Hopefully you have been advised on all the topics I listed in the cultural change series. If you would like to know more, please contact me. Most of all, make your own mind up, without others telling you that my information isn't useful or worthy of consideration. If you haven't been advised on the topics I listed, you could be completely out of the loop regarding what is really happening at the front lines. Yes, maybe it's possibly specific to a country, or maybe not. What if the listed behaviours are present in your region, and nobody has told you? What if this form of culture cancer is heading to your country, and you have to deal with the fallout (mentally and physically) in all areas of society?

I would suspect, that if your society is based on money, you will have similar problems to the ones I listed. If not, I would like to know how you developed a higher level society.

Future: I recorded this presentation while keeping in mind that we may be working together one day to help humankind and the natural world. This is my riskiest career sector, it's even more unsafe than filming crocodiles (10 plus years in the outback of Australia). To enjoy life, I have options to work in high performance sport, with profound original people in outback Australia, or with children and animals.

Note: Cultural change is part of what I do because I have the knowledge to help and hate seeing so much suffering. I should never be criticised for this, and reserve the right to walk away from this scene, as it's full of toxicity.

Thank-you for taking the time to read my summary and for listening to my presentations.

Regards,

Lyndon

The genuine intent of this presentation is to help. Don't accept any other opinions, as none of them have my background. Please note that if they solved the problem, I wouldn't need to present this podcast.

This is a complex issue that causes an incredible amount of suffering (if not addressed) and can result in death. The strategy is to educate the public on the game being played with human lives. From there everyone can make individual decisions on how to navigate life. See your doctor or psychologist if you need support plans. In Australia, if you need crisis support you can call Lifeline on 13 11 14.

If we don't address the topics in this podcast, I believe we won't ever be able to create the best version of culture to move all genders, generations, races, animals and the environment forward.

Any abuse towards me, will be recorded by social media platforms for the future (it's already happening). Platforms that can find the full family name of the abuser. People may end up in court, on banned worker registers, do not hire registers, or be on a list where they are required to undergo psychological treatment. Or their resume might be bumped from all online application platforms, without them knowing it. In a friendly culture, I should be supported.

If you don't understand or believe what is listed on this podcast, you might be a billion miles behind the times, and the people around you might be in a silo, echo chamber or brainwashed. The podcast uses a holistic approach to view some of cultures toughest challenges in the 2020's.

As I recorded this podcast, I've been assisting women and men under attack at their workplace, with some conversations stretching over four hours. This includes text messages at 11pm at night from a guy feeling beaten down by society. I'm even contacted on Sunday afternoons. Nobody can tell me that we don't have cultural problems in Australia. At the very least, I think I should be supported, because I'm standing up to educate people, to reduce suffering and create a better society. This won't happen if we stand back and let the current behaviours (that are reported to me) continue without at least attempting to help good people who are being attacked, while also noting that you and I aren't perfect. Nobody is. The aim is to learn from the past, to plan a better future. The aim is not about tracing eight billion humans back 60 plus years to tell them they did something wrong verbally in 1968.

Perspective: This topic is part of over 300 headings, and two million words that were boiled down from possibly billions of thoughts over 400 000 hours with ten different backgrounds. You can assist by using something you have learned in this podcast to improve your world through the five link chain of life: home, community, work, online-media-tv and in the natural world.

Be positive and please let me know what topics helped you the most.

Regards,

Lyndon

This episode focuses particularly on providing teenagers with resources, understanding, and the courage to create influential changes. Presently, our societies face grave issues, such as damaging workplace cultures, intensifying mental health crises, environmental threats, and systemic failures. This episode seeks to motivate teenagers in realizing their power and responsibility to challenge these issues.

This podcast covers the concept of success, while discussing some of the flaws in society, and its consequences. The listener will gain a new perspective on 'the game' - a metaphor for navigation through life. Scrutinizing the sometimes-toxic traditional success path – 'job-money-car-house,' the contrast between 'real vs. fake' or 'good vs. evil,' and the essence of genuine success, overall health and high-performance perspectives from sport, original cultures, and the natural world.

Touching on the importance of mental and physical health, environmental conservation, respect for all genders, generations, races, animals, and the environment, this episode encapsulates a comprehensive heads-up for the young on their journey in the world.

Discover the freedom to question societal constructs, encourage independent thought, and inspire youth to step up as the agents of change in achieving a healthier, safer, and more sustainable culture.

This enlightening podcast episode reaffirms faith in the potential of the younger generation. Tune into this conversation to begin a journey towards understanding yourself, the world, and your position in it.

If you can't chase your goals and dreams 100% of the time,

never give up on them. Give yourself a few minutes a week/day to think about them.

I wish you all the best in life.

Regards,

Lyndon

I remember sitting with a group of workers at their pre-start meeting, where I turned up to assist with their health and wellness. Just out the window you could see the accommodation block where a person had died. I'm not sure if it was self-inflicted or not. I was working in the resources industry. A sector well known for its mental health challenges.

One group of employees was finishing up the nightshift, and the morning crew were about to start. We were all sitting at the table debriefing, when I noted the television was on, and they were criticising one race/gender or generation (I'll let you visualise this for a moment, as this will vary from country to country).

The TV conversation started to make me feel unhealthy. I could sense the body language at the table and thought this TV show made things worse.

Note: Night shift workers are prone to suffering mentally, and I saw the topic as completely unsafe. I couldn't allow this discrimination against a particular group, (of whom many were sitting at the table), go on any longer. I stood up and turned the TV off to prevent mental health decline. It’s the first time I’ve had to do this (in the field). I'll never forget the look in the women's eyes on the TV, the one who was doing all the criticising. To this day, I've always thought about this moment, and if I meet her, I'm going to explain the situation she put me in. I had a hard enough job with anxiety, depression, and suicide prevention. I didn't need to make it any harder.

Back at the table we focused on positive health plans and aimed to make the day a bit brighter for a group of hard workers. Note: Some of this group were on the minimum wage. The last thing they needed after a 12-hour shift, was to be criticised for how they were born.

Fast forward ten years, and the same coercive control system seems out of control. It's now common language in all of my five linked chains of life. I looked at this deliberate tactic/practise and screened whether they were doing more damage than good. I enjoy learning and seek to use solution orientated information at the front lines; however, a decade of criticism isn't the best plan to move forward together. I thought about this topic at length for the last 100 000 hours, and I'm confident I know what I'm seeing, why it's happening and whether it's good for everyone or not.

In 2024 I'm usually contacted daily regarding the above tactic, by people who aren't happy with how they are being treated. I've wondered if this behaviour affected their health e.g., 10000 visual, verbal, and virtual beatings over a decade. Note: I've just been contacted again, while writing this summary on a Sunday afternoon.

Other people and industry bodies should have pulled this behaviour up a long time ago. If you care about people and culture, it's up to you and me. I'm faced with the unenviable task of having front line knowledge (to help people), while living in a time, place, and culture where I run the risk of being coercively controlled by the toxic cancer culture behaviour listed in this podcast. Their game is to silence and dominate anyone who doesn't allow them to dominate.

Screening systems: In mental health terms, would you call that a safe behaviour to use as the baseline to run a community, business, or culture? Is this moving forward or backwards? Is living in fear a healthy and safe way for humans (or other animals) to live? Do you want your relatives, family, or friends to be subjected to this culture? What about the next generation? What happens if we don’t do something to create change?

I've chosen to be brave, as some of the best authors and speakers in the world have suggested (and are doing), and I note that they receive a lot of abuse, that can't be good for their mental and physical health. I note that some don’t allow negative comments to be hurled at them from the cheap seats.

The results of my work will flush out the worst and best of culture. From there we can make a more accurate plan to move humankind and the natural world forward. That's the aim. If I stay quiet, I feel that we run the risk of more abuse, anxiety, depression, and suicide. If I'm held back or criticised by anyone for helping (to stop suffering), you know that the human criticising me is a dangerous person to have in our society, especially if you care about health, safety, and wellbeing, now and for future generations.

Note: No generation, gender or race is perfect. I'm not perfect, and neither are you. This is why I started this journey with the: Perfect Humans Don’t Exist Podcast. If we placed this screening on everyone, nobody would be allowed to talk about anything. This is part of a 20 plus year plan and started with the 2020/2040 initiative (Restart-Reboot-Refresh-Reset-Rebuild).

If you don't have this problem in your country or culture, can you please teach us how you prevented it from happening? Thank-you in advance for being kind and caring enough to help support someone who’s supporting people who are suffering. The aim is to give them a better life.

Regards,

Lyndon

Part three of the 4 for 2024 coercive control series is aimed at making the outdoors a healthy and safe location for our wellbeing. The natural world is a critical link for overall health. I've managed health and wellness programs where I took people outdoors as part of a holistic wellness system and saw the profound benefits, which helped people who were suffering because of workplace bullying.

When members of the general public started judging and annoying my clients, I noticed that it was a pattern within our culture. When I was abused while out fishing or enjoying natures beauty, I also noticed this pattern of behaviour.

Looking at this from my five link chain of life screening system, I realised that if someone doesn't have a good home life, and a terrible work life, they need the outdoors to be a safe space, as the online world might be an unsafe zone for them.

Even thought this podcast might sound simple, it's not. If someone perceives that it's ok to walk up to you, and coercively control you for two hours, bullying you into giving them all your intellectual or physical property, that's not a healthy culture.

Without a doubt, we have this pattern of behaviour in Australia. I'm pointing it out to improve our mental and physical health.

If your country/culture doesn't suffer from this culture cancer, can you please let everyone know how you managed the above behaviours.

Regards,

Lyndon

This is part two of 4 for 2024 and it focuses on the ways businesses coercive control employees, which affects their health, safety and wellbeing. The aim is to take the game off the abusive consumer (part 1) and not let the business (employees and managers) fall for this toxic human behaviour, which some may think is their right as a consumer. Disturbingly I've seen employees sold out by managers so many times, that I think it's part of our everyday culture.

The aim is to educate people in business, that your employees shouldn't be abused by any customer, and that a business shouldn't buckle to the most aggressive people in our society (fear and a predator prey relationship). The employee shouldn't be sold out by their employer e.g., by offering the angry customer a refund after they have been racist, sexist or ageist.

I realise this topic sounds simple. However, I've seen so many people and businesses fall for this tactic, therefore, they allow culture cancer to be spread all around the country, and the world online. Coercive corporate/business control can also extend into realms like forcing people to do extra work for free, by calling it: culture.

To keep things simple for the listener, I focused on the link between the consumer and business. I can add other topics later.

If your culture doesn't have this problem, please let everyone know how you sorted this out, or prevented it from happening in the first place.

Regards,

Lyndon

After seeing so many people being abused and destroyed over the years, I started to put a coercive control lens over these behaviours to make sense of what was toxic for our culture, health and safety.

The 4 for 2024 initiative breaks down these behaviours, with the goal to prevent you and society from suffering in the future.

If your culture doesn't have this problem, please feel free to list how your country or culture solved this form of culture cancer.

Lyndon

I'm not sure how many people will genuinely understand this podcast. To understand the deeply layered messages, I'd expect the person listening to be fairly evolved e.g., in the natural world, or cultural world, or from the high performance sporting world.

Others might have their life systems challenged and not like it e.g., ego and insecurity might be triggered. This may extract comments that seek to bully, intimidate and harass me, or others chasing high performance or wellness goals.

If you are developmentally not at the level to understand the lessons in this video, please wait months, years or decades for them to sink in. The video was designed to help people understand a high performance wellness journey (in part), including the challenges you might face. This left no choice other than to point out poor health statistics and the systems that caused them. If someone is obsessed with these systems and can't see any other way to live, they might attack like a predator. Please control the evil inside you, and if possible, make the world a better place be educating people who seek to criticise me for posting this video.

Please always remember that this clip is part of maybe billions of thoughts, millions of words and 300 plus headings that took 400 000 hours of life to sort out, with 10 different backgrounds. Don't shoot the messenger. If you haven't experienced and studied high performance cultures and environmental systems, please watch the video with a looking, listening and learning mindset.

If you're an athlete, coach or trainer or employee and would like to book a consultation to discuss anything in this video, (or other topics), please personal message me.

Lyndon

Note: In this episode I expand on a few of the stories from the previous podcast to get the point across and back up the importance of the last production.

For decades I've met so many people who were/are confused by high performance. Some even used this misunderstanding to be extremely nasty towards others.

I really enjoy this topic, as it's a life passion of mine, so I thought I would share some perspectives and experiences with you. As always, consult with your doctor and physical trainer before commencing an exercise program. The perspectives shared are from my experiences in life. This is a podcast I wish I heard 30 years ago. Teenagers: Don't enter the workforce without listening to this podcast. In this episode I share a few health and safety observations and provide safety solutions that can be used for a lifetime.

I address instances where people try to coercively control others to complete unsafe tasks at work and link this back to white and blue collar sectors. I discuss high performance safety systems from different sectors and cultural weaknesses that may lead to injury.

I then pose high level cultural questions/observations regarding unsafe coercive control and if it's actually part of some languages, sectors, work groups and cultures.

Feel free to like, share and follow this podcast, as I believe it will help others to live a healthier and safer life.

Hello, and welcome to Season one, podcast two of the Systems of Life "Dreamtime to Realtime" series.

The "No Perfect Human" podcast was at the top of the list for a long time. I'm very happy that it can finally be uploaded to help people all around the world (now, and well into the future).

I hope it makes you (and everyone who listens to the Culture Test), think about what type of planet we are designing for the current and future generations.

Thank-you for taking the time to listen to my podcast.  For many years, the Systems of Life (Dreamtime to Realtime) podcast has been a dream of mine.  Now it's entered into the realm of reality.

I thought long and hard, (over many years), about how to start a podcast.  At midnight (a few days ago), this podcast topic floated to the top of the list.  In the internet abuse, cancel culture and vulture culture era, I thought it was a timely question to ask.

Please note that all of my work systems and headings are linked back from a few billion thoughts, boiled down to two million words, and around 200 headings over 40 plus years of my life, with over 10 different backgrounds (used as screening tools).

The podcast topics will vary greatly, from outback aboriginal culture dating back 65 000 years, to the natural world (even crocodiles), sports coaching and training at Olympic level, right back to how cleaners, carpenters, artists or CEO'S/CFO's can be more creative and productive.  I also have initiatives for families, teenagers and children to create a better life (and world) from 2022 to 2040 (restart, refresh, reboot, rebuild and reset).

We have a lot to do.

I hope you will be along for the journey.

Regards,

Lyndon Anlezark
