On the 26th December 1996 Patsy Ramsey woke early and found a ransom note on the stairs of their home, the note claimed that a faction had kidnapped her daughter JonBenét Ramsey. However, later the same day JonBenéts body was found in the basement of the family home. This case remains unsolved to this day and everyone has an opinion on who murdered 6 year old JonBenét.
On the 26th May 2013 Georgia Williams had a normal day including a family bbq, however in the evening everything changed. Jamie Reynolds tricked Georgia into going to his house for a photoshoot and proceed to murder and violate her horrifically. Almost 11 years on Georgias family have set up a trust in her name to help underprivileged youth to reach their full potential.
In 2008 Elisabeth Fritzl told doctors at the hospital the unthinkable, that for 24 years she was kept prisoner chained in a basement and sexually abused repeatedly...by her own father. Josef Fritzl was a depraved, disgusting trash heap who throughout his life abused and victimised people. TW: this case involves incest, sexual abuse and the death of a child.
In this episode Katie and Mia discuss the horrific murder of Maddie Clifton. On the 3rd November 1998 8 year old Maddie was brutally murdered by 14 year old neighbour Joshua Phillips. TW: this case involves the murder of a child.
In this episode Katie and Mia discuss the legend of Sawney Bean the leader of a cannibalistic cave dwelling family. Sawney decided that the working life was not for him - so naturally he moved his family into a cave in Scotland and robbed, murdered and ate passing travellers.
In this episode Katie & Mia talk about the truly tragic case of Rebecca Aylward. A 15 year old girl who was killed by her ex-boyfriend for a 'free breakfast'. Joshua Davies was only given a sentence of 14 years minimum and the friends who encouraged him to kill Rebecca have not faced charges. This is a harrowing and devastating case of someone who should never have had the opportunity to act on his dark and disgusting fantasies and the three women who fell victim to this mans insanity.
In this episode Katie & Mia discuss the near fatal fetal abduction case of Angelique Robledo. Angelique was only 18 when a girl she thought was her friend set a plan to abduct her baby, while she was still pregnant. Now Angelique is truly amazing and uses her voice and story to encourage people to listen to their mothers intuition and as a voice for the victims of this type of crime that no longer are able to.

In this episode Katie & Mia discuss the case of Skylar Neese. Poor Skylar was the victim of two of the people she was closest to, the worst excuses for bestfriends Sheila and Rachel decided that they didn't want to be Skylars friend which meant she "had to go". Throughout this case we seem the depravity that Sheila and Rachel stooped to including tweeting cryptic tweets about murdering their "best friend" and going out of their way to attempt to manipulate everyone involved.
In this episode Mia and Katie discuss the case of Gypsy Rose Blanchard. This case is truly an interesting one, who was the victim in this situation? Gypsy was a target of her mother Dee Dees munchausen by proxy and even had her hair and teeth removed by the woman who was supposed to protect her. As Gypsy realised that she was in fact fit and well the tension all came to a head resulting in the murder of Dee Dee Blanchard. This case has caused a discussion on whether Gypsy deserved the prison time or if she needed to be treated as a victim and given a different form of help.
In this episode Mia & Katie discuss the tragic murder of Kelly Anne Bates. At 14 Kelly started dating Dave Smith, it all seemed fine at first but slowly Dave started to reveal his dark and sadistic true nature. Over the period of around three weeks Dave, whose real name was James Patterson, systematically tortured and ultimately killed her.

In this episode Mia & Katie discuss the case of Hollie Gazzard. Hollie was a beautiful kind hearted woman who at the age of 20 was murdered by her ex boyfriend Asher Maslin. It was only after Hollies murder that her family discovered that Asher had previous charges that included domestic violence. Following her death her parents and sister set up the Hollie Gazzard trust helping victims of abuse, helping young people who are pursuing a hair-dressing career and helping to educate schools, workplaces and communities on noticing the signs of abuse and stalking.
