This week we have a testimony from Nigel and Romona talks about our beautiful redeemer from Psalm 103:1-4. We are redeemed from the pit - the pit that represents a place of brokenness, despair and destruction, of constraint and "stickiness" and hopelessness. We can't get out ourselves, but God is there with us. But when we repent (the picture of dust and ashes) God reaches down, lists us up and places us on a rock.

Euan Exodus 14 where the Israelites are blocked by the Red Sea and pursued by the Egyptians. But God made a way where there seemed no way. The Sea seemed immovable but God moved it. The Egyptians seemed strong but God was stronger. God's presence keeps us from anxious worry and is the safest place in the world. God makes a way to bring deliverance and to build our faith, we need only be still.
