Hi! You can call me Senator. I am a crazy, book obsessed cat person, and I love Jesus. This podcast is simply me reading aloud my favorite books since my brothers can’t sit still and listen for more than twenty seconds. Most of my favorites are middle grade books, and are good for the whole family. If I decide to read a book that is for a slightly older audience, I’ll warn you guys before hand. (I will NOT be reading anything inappropriate, although some of my books are mildly violent) I prefer science fiction and fantasy. Thanks for listening! -Senator

Everything only seems to get worse for Sophie, and now it seems her human family is in danger too?
Sophie’s life seems to be spiraling ever downward, and every clue leaves her more and more uncertain. What exactly is going on here?
Hey! I’m alive, I still exist. I’m SO sorry for just disappearing like that, I hope you can forgive me. Please enjoy Sophie’s long-overdue meetup with Grady and Edaline, and the aftermath of that fateful letter. I promise to let you know in advance next time I have a hiatus.
The plot is thickening, and Sophie experiences many revelations in one night. (Not a single one of the aforementioned ‘revelations’ are pleasant.)
A pterodactyl comes to visit, and something bad is going on, but Sophie can’t figure it out. Also, she is apparently able to talk to animals now so that’s cool.
Ahhhh, the joys of almost dying. Am I right guys? At least, that’s how Sophie seemed to feel… how many times has she gone to the healing center now? Not that I’m complaining. (Yayyy! Elwin!!)
Sophie and Teirgan embark on an illegal expedition, and Sophie is in need of yet another visit to Elwin’s office.
Sophie is a mysterious bean, even to herself, and it’s becoming more and more apparent.
Somehow, Sophie manages to commit a terrible crime on accident. Also, Dex is, apparently, her best friend now.
Sophie enjoys a slightly stressful and weirdly emotional midterms celebration. Oh and, apparently, Keefe has a dad, and the Vackers have three children, not two.
Hold onto your hats, its now time for the thing we’ve all been dreading, Midterms. (Hmm. I guess I like that phrase, “it’s now time”)
Ahh. And now it is time for one of my favorite chapters. Be prepared for some epic detention-shenanigans!
My mishaps and mis-recordings all rolled into one incredibly ridiculous episode. It’s madness! Don’t listen if you don’t want to, it has no relevance to the story so far. (⚠️Headphones warning ⚠️)
And now it is time for what is probably my favorite chapter in the entire book. Get ready for the Ultimate Splotching Championship!
Sophie explodes her mentor’s cape, makes a new friend, and has to visit the healing center all in one day! Something tells me this won’t be the last time she finds herself in Elwin’s care…
Sophie proves just how amazing she is at PE, and sir Teirgan is kinda… suspicious. (Also, what IS Grady’s mysterious ability?)
Sophie enjoys an… interesting lunch at foxfire, and Alden assures us, “There’s really no reason to worry.”
And thus begins Sophie’s first day of foxfire. (It goes just about as well as you can expect)
Sophie makes her first elven friend, some elven prejudices are revealed, and a bald girl screams. (Multiple times)
Sophie meets her new guardians, and they are NOT what you might expect. (Fluffy dinosaurs? Really? Can I get one?!)
It is discovered that Sophie has an extreme phobia of doctors, but her visit to an Elf physician named Elwin doesn’t go the way she’d expected. (Yayyy! Elwin! Love U, my wonderful cinnamon roll!)
A despairing Sophie is forced to leave her family behind, never to see them again. (Or will she?)
Sophie obtains a telepathy mentor, Fitz has a sister, and I’m sure we all feel that foreboding sense of dread slowly creeping up Sophie’s spine…
Sophie gets probed, yet nothing is revealed about anything. (Also Alden started to lose his accent about halfway through there, my apologies)
Gnomes are weird, there’s no reason to worry, and Sophie’s test has begun. (I sincerely apologize for any background vacuuming noise, it was cleaning day at my house)
