This episode goes over Mark 6: 30-51 when Jesus feeds the 5k and when He walks on water but in a different light then maybe what you have heard before.
When I sat down to study these stories I remember thinking to myself..." I have heard these stories a 100 times!" I really don't care to go over it again. I knew in my heart that there had to be more to these stories because God has yet to bore me. So I took the time to sit down and read the text line for line and wouldn't you know it! I learned something new! I saw a new layer to Jesus that I have missed time and time again. Jesus was doing more then miracles! He was meeting the needs of people and leading by example. Jesus was putting in HARD work! We often just think; well, He is God of course he was able and did all of these good things but He truly was and IS so much more! I hope and pray you get has much out of this as I did!
Just a quick overview of the coming season and why there was such a long pause! More stories coming soon!

The tropical storm hit. Work was cancels; here we are. In this episode I look into the human conscience. I use science(psychology) to help explain our minds 1st. Then, I take the naturalistic world and the spiritual world and attempted to combine the two in order to shed some light onto our conscience. This light will help guide us to the depths of our hearts and there we will find the core of decision making as a species. If you want the scope on what participation trophies is really all about in the title then you have to make it to the end of the show.

Explore with me the life of Dale. She currently lives with a desire to further God's Kingdom, which has resulted in many mission trips to Haiti that began in 2012. This desire was first rooted in her upbringing in the church but this upbringing proves to be through the lens of an intentional God. Dale was shown the heart of Jesus all of her life and unknowingly, this foundation would later become an important factor in years to come. She has learned to trust in Jesus even when life proves itself to be unfair and MS (Multiple Sclerosis) becomes her new normal.

Take a walk with Lora and see when she discovered who God really was. She went from seeing a religion full of rituals to a personal relationship with God. She shares her lowest points of life and how God continued to intervene throughout. Oh, and just when you thought it could not get anymore interesting she tells a story of when God showed up in the physical world when she needed Him most! By the way, she is my mom, so I can confirm the integrity of her story! Enjoy!

Join me on a journey of asking questions about authority but not questions like which person in authority should I trust but questions that ask where does authority come from? What is the essence of authority? Do these questions actually matter? I also give you a little tease for this week’s episode which is an interview with my good friend Marius Cox. Finally, I explain some new facts that I have discovered that I am very excited to share! But one should know that these are new facts to me that I have been learning and this is a very raw look at what I am trying to discover, learn and retain. I decided not to give the second part of this episode a re-record because I wanted to keep the raw emotion in this episode so that you and I would be on the Journey of discovery together!
