We'd like to invite everyone to the Rowe Middle School Podcast Network, or as we affectionately call it, RMSPN. As we strive to find connection in a time where we can't be with each other, we'll be creating podcasts with members of the Rowe Middle School community to discuss everything from books to sports to mental health to random objects to quarantine life. So please join us for a unique, in-depth look at what it's like to be a middle school student and teacher in a virtual world.

On this week’s episode, our 8th graders Siena, Raelee, Elia, & Layla get together to discuss everything from basketball to sick burns to their favorite movies and tv shows to sleepovers. It’s a fun mix of randomness, which is exactly what life is like for a 14 year old!
This week on the RMSPN is an extra special episode as it's a collaboration podcast with Mr. Long and the Proud to Be NCSD podcast. Mr. Long, the NCSD's director of communications, came through the studio, and our 8th graders Jose, Hayden, and Kenadi interviewed him about his career. Then he turned the mics around and interviewed them about middle school life. Take a listen!
On this week's episode of Pickles at Windows, Mr. Dix and 8th graders Jose and Bella plan what Kindness Week and a No Tardy Party will look like. The trio discusses everything from kindness quotes to kindness cards to kindness celebrations. The school decided against the No Tardy Party at the time, but we are rolling with Kindness Week at Rowe Middle School. Take a listen and see what pickles we throw get stuck!
In this interview, Ms. Shane, a Student & Community Engagement Specialist for the North Clackamas School District and head of the Rowe ISA, and 6th grader Aaron T. discuss their Native and Indigenous heritage, detailing misconceptions, things that make them proud, heroes, and more.
On this week's episode of Vibe Check, 8th graders Jose, Vivien, Siena, and Raelee discuss what it was like to speak at the assembly, the responsibility of the Shamrock News, the life of a hooper, and much more. They also do some singing for ya as well. Peep game!

After an 18 month hiatus, the Rowe Middle School Podcast Network is back with all new episodes. We'll be releasing a podcast a week from now until the end of the school year.
We'll have members from all different walks of life on the podcast this year, so join us as we talk about the world around us and our place within it.
The Rowe Rapport Report is a podcast where students and teachers get together to discuss a specific topic, sharing their perspectives and attempting to come to a common understanding of how kids and adults in the building feel about a certain something. On this episode, Mr. Dix, Kinz, and Angie sat down and talked about the school's bathroom policy and how it impacts everyone. #RMSOneBigTeam
Elise, Alyssa, Anna, Quinn, Olivia, and Bailey have affectionately been dubbed the Sinister Six in Shamrock News as the six of them frequently team up to produce skits and segments. Today, they gathered to create their first podcast as they sat down to discuss celebrity gossip.
Our trio of Kaz, Krista, and Rainbow got together to introduce their music recommendation pod by telling a little bit about themselves and their musical taste.
The Rowe Middle School Podcast Network is back after spending the first semester of the school year getting things in order and preparing episodes. We've got great conversations curated by students and staff at Rowe Middle School that touch on everything from books and music recommendations to celebrity gossip to debates to what it's like to be a kid in 2022. To be honest, I haven't listened to this episode and don't know what it's about, but Micah said it's good and fully edited, so we're going to trust him and the rest of the Cellophane Wrapped Slugs gang. Thanks for a great season 1 of the Rowe Middle School Podcast Network.
