Welcome to Sustainable Solutions, an ideas-packed green-themed podcast series sponsor by ECO2 magazine at the Daily Mail and Halfords, and hosted by Louise Atkinson.

Thanks to the amazing trail-blazing work by Sir David Attenborough we all know about melting ice caps, plastic-strewn oceans and fast-disappearing rain forests, but it is so easy to feel overwhelmed and helpless. But the truth is, if we all just make one, two or three small changes, together we really can make a difference.

Each of the six episodes will focus on a different area of sustainability, whether it is switching on to electric bikes, cars and scooters, repairing your possessions rather than replacing them, or getting a greater understanding of how much greener our cities could be in the future.
