A longshoreman crane operator's job typically involves operating cranes to load and unload cargo from ships at ports or docks. They are responsible for safely maneuvering the crane to lift, move, and position containers or other heavy loads, following specific guidelines and safety protocols. Additionally, they may perform maintenance checks on the equipment and ensure proper handling of the cargo during loading and unloading operations.

Carolyn McCombs has been blessed to earn a Master in Business Administration from Rutgers University and earn a B.A. degree in Spanish and Communications. During her early career she served in various marketing and strategic planning capacities at Chubb & Son, AT&T and Sony.
Pastor McCombs has served in various ministries over the past 16 years including as a volunteer Chaplain in the Passaic County Jail, Member of the Board of Directors of Paterson Alliance, Chairperson of the Passaic County Workforce Development Board Faith Based Committee. In 2006 she partnered with community leaders to establish New Destiny Family Success Center which serves as a centralized resource hub serving more than 1500 families each year. New Destiny partnered with Paterson Public School District and William Paterson University to establish the Full Service Community School at The Senator Frank Lautenberg School (formerly Public School #6) in 2013 where the agency provides academic enrichment programming to over 450 students. She takes great joy in being a mom to two adult children and a first time grandmother.

Brent attended the University of Western States, a private school in Portland. His master’s program is in sport & performance psychology (SPP). This program is preparing him to work for D-1 programs as well professional franchises. He will graduate around the beginning of the 2021 year.

Wayne broke into the professional food preparation industry when he secured a job working as a prep cook, with no real formal training, for a major international hotel chain based in his hometown of New York City. It wasn’t long before his talents were fully recognized and he quickly moved up the ranks to the coveted position of executive chef. It was during this time where Wayne’s innate skills were fully nurtured via a study program at the Culinary Institute of America, known as the “World’s Premier Culinary College.”

Blige and others. He has arranged music for The Isley Bothers, BET honors and BET celebration of Gospel under the direction of Ray Chew.
