today's episode is a vulnerable one. i talk about how pride and insecurity mix to birth the flower of jealousy and can produce one of the worst feelings of your life. i share with you my story of jealousy and also
one of the hardest stages of a relationship is knowing when to let go and when working to get over a breakup it is knowing not to go back. in this episode i share with you all some of my experiences in letting go in relationships and gaining the strength never look back if we know that is the right thing to do.

this is quite a vulnerable and tear jerking episode of ACSOMC where i express how hard my recent breakup has been. especially concerning the longing to break no contact because of how much i miss my ex.
in this week's episode follow me as i discuss the issues with being "too likable", something that, introspectively i realized was a big problem that i had. it takes a bit of grit but putting myself and my feelings first was the first step in becoming a more confident, secure and most of all, happy person.
