Michelle Sutherland, Founder and CEO of Definitii: a change consultancy empowering businesses to align with the B Corp framework.
In the final episode of Series 1 of Meet the Leaders with Patricia Kaziro, we catch up with Michelle Sutherland, a B Consultant based in beautiful Bundjulang Country, Byron Bay on the east coast of Australia. Originally from Paisley, Scotland, this “Scozzie” has been helping people and businesses change for the better for more than 15 years.
Michelle is passionate about empowering people to change for the better, taking care of our planet and giving back to communities locally and internationally.
During the pandemic Michelle founded Definitii, a change consultancy with a double mission: to empower people and businesses to make the change to become B Corporations, while also educating young people about being for the greater good through social entrepreneurship and the B Corp model.
So what does Definitii stand for? Listen in to learn more about Michelle’s mission and her work within the growing BCorp movement. There are now more than 4,000 B Corps in 70 countries and 150 industries.

Sheree Rubinstein, Founder of One Roof: a platform to elevate women entrepreneurs into business leaders.
Patricia interviews Sheree Rubinstein, a former corporate lawyer who moved on from a masked environment of pressure and perfectionism and turned to entrepreneurship by founding One Roof, a digital membership for women leaders and entrepreneurs. Sheree is affectionately known as the Queen of Community. She is highly experienced in building businesses, raising capital and mentoring women along their business journey. Sheree is also a mum, an AFR 100 women of influence, a Telstra Business Women's Award Finalist and the Victorian Women's Trust board member.
