Recap of last week Truth/Dare: How do you identify? We dare you to dive deeper into who you are and take a new personality test, reflect on the results and write a self identifying statement to better describe and understand you.
Sabrina the Perspective Detective https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/perspective-detective/id1552891883
Anike: I am a yellow in the color code https://www.colorcode.com/
Took the 16 personalities: https://www.16personalities.com/personality-types in College I was an ENFJ. And now I am ENFP (Extraverted, Intuitive, Feeling, and Prospecting ) Its so cool because I have changed, and now I am less judging. And have deeper connections. If I am smiling when you are crying, its because I am excited that they are trusting me with a deep connection. Weakness: Unfocused, Unorganized, People Pleasing. I don’t have to take these at face value. I am going to challenge myself to set boundaries, and to be focused on a particular energy.
Your weaknesses are you misunderstood strengths. For the highly sensitive people. https://hsperson.com/
Johanna: I took the DISC test https://discpersonalitytesting.com/free-disc-test/ I learned I am an Influencer, I am inspiring. It was validating to know that I am inspiring, because that was what I always wanted to be. It can be hard to share what I am good at.
There is a difference between knowing yourself, your strengths and bragging.
Bretagne: I took the 16 personalities, a version of the Myers Briggs. I am a Campaigner: ENFP: “Warmly enthusiastic and imaginative. See life as full of possibilities.” Jason took the test too: He is an entrepreneur: ESTP:Flexible and tolerant, focused on immediate results. I am a warrior! I am a dancer.
Everything I want to be, I already am.
New Truth: (Johanna) Do you know anyone in yourself that is intimidating?
Johanna: I approached a coworker who was not acting like themselves, and I was intimidated to talk to them.
Bretagne: I get intimidated, usually I am not intimidated, but I can be by people who don’t normally intimidate me because of where I am at.
Anike: I get intimidated by authority. I put people above me, like our CEO, I don’t think I can talk to him because I know he is busy. I like to be cautious of others feelings.
New Dare: Go talk to someone who intimidates you. And be open to be surprised.
We dare you to Tri!

Recap of last week’s Truth/Dare: (Anike) Tell me a time about a time you reached a physical goal that was challenging? When was the last time you pushed your physical limits. Dare: Make a goal this week to challenge yourself physically, More than you already do. Complete it this week. Push your limits!
Anike: Took this challenge to get a gym membership, get to the gym and start getting back into shape. I wanted to challenge myself with the stair master and see how many flights I could climb. I did 100 flights of stairs in 30 minutes. I worked my way to 100 flights in 21 minutes.
Johanna: I wanted to take this challenge with my kids. Because I am usually too tired to play with my kids, So I wanted to take this challenge and make it more of a mental challenge, and still play with my kids at the end of the day. I also started a new job, a physical job loading a truck with boxes. It is exhausting, hits me when I get home. I learned that my kids just wanted my attention, not just my physicality. This was mental and physical.
Bretagne: I needed to be challenged, I chose two, the splits and a handstand for 10 seconds. I didn’t know what I could do, so I first started to see what I could do, so little by little I tried a handstand by the wall, then I was able to do a handstand for 7 seconds. Also with just 10 minutes a day I was able to get down on the left legged split. While I didn’t accomplish my goal, I pushed farther, and I inspired other people at the gym to start playing with their handstands.
Focus on what you can do, don’t worry about what you can’t do
New Truth: (Bretagne) How do you identify yourself? How well do yo0u know yourself?
Anike: Female/ She/her I identify as outgoing, Energy I like to accomplish things, I am a type 3. I user personality quizzes to help. I am a mom.
Johanna: I am adaptable. I am true to myself, I am authentic. I am a chameleon
Bretagne: I am a dancer, I am a futuristic Ninja, Edgy
New Dare: How do you identify? We dare you to dive deeper into who you are and take a new personality test.

Thought/Quote: (Johanna)
Recap of last week’s Truth/Dare: (Johanna)
Dare: Find the root cause of a specific fear : Choose 1 or more : Emotional, Physical, Mental and Spiritual blocks and face your fear.
Johanna: I was hyper focused, and instead of facing my fears and dealing with the overwhelming feeling, I became very overwhelmed. I learned that when I look at all the things that overwhelm me, the dishes, laundry and kids…and neglect the thing that is actually stressing me. I know how to do dishes and laundry, but I don’t know how to parent. Being a parent is what overwhelms me the most. Talked with my husband, and he does the same thing with school. I learned that maybe I am not overwhelmed by everything, but one thing, that can poison the whole experience. Talking helps, breaking it down into smaller pieces. We have all had to face our childhoods, and consider what we weren’t taught. We are all figuring it out.
Bretagne: Its easy to isolate ourselves from those who can you most when you are needing help. Remembering that I was once weak gives me strength. What overwhelms me, is that I am not an expert. And I decided to let that go. Physically: Because I always push my physical limits, To push past my fear, was to not be active. Allowing myself to be still. Emotionally: Talked with a friend about my past traumas, and it brought us closer. Spiritually: Meditated for a hour, which I have not done before. I was afraid, but I did it anyway. Mentally: Embarrassing that I am not an expert, and I met people and for the first time I identified as a writer, and a yoga teacher. Embracing that I am learning, but I am these things.
Anike: My problem is that I don’t have a lack of interest or opportunity, its focus. What causes the most overwhelm is not speaking up, because of my fear of rejection, and not wanting to be inconsiderate or understanding. If you can speak up about the little things, you can speak up about the big things. And I actually needed to talk to Johanna, because I was afraid you held resentment against me. So because of this podcast, I called Johanna and had a critical conversation. And I had an opportunity at work to speak up about a fan. I was able to learn form this experience and learn that my overwhelm comes from the fear of rejection.
We create and decide things for other people. Practice on the little moment, making the big moments that much easier.
New Truth/ Dare (Anike) Tell me a time about a time you reached a physical goal that was challenging? When was the last time you pushed your physical limits.
Anike: Giving Birth naturally
Johanna: When I feel like quitting, I push harder
Bretagne: I can now do a pullup
Dare: Make a goal this week to challenge yourself physically, More than you already do. Complete it this week. Push your limits!

Thought/quote of the day: (Bretagne): a quote by Suze Orman “When you understand that your self-worth is not determined by your net-worth. Then you’ll have financial freedom.
“Wealth is the ability to fully experience life” Henry David Thoreau
Recap of last week’s Truth/Dare: (Bretagne)
Dare: This week take control of your finances. Look at your money coming and going with gratitude either way. And create a plan for abundance.
Anike: I worked on the belief side of things. I want to get out of debt.I found an app, YNAB (You need a budget). I read a book by Napoleon HIll, “Outwitting the Devil” and “Think and Grow RIch”. Think and Grow Rich is all about changing your perception about finances. How to obtain wealth: An extreme Desire, Belief and Persistence. Everyone who does these things will obtain the riches they want. I’ve had this resistance. “You must relax the resistance” Release self doubt and fear. Then you can open yourself up to receive. I have already started to change my perception. Don’t get caught up on what you think you deserve. Release your limiting beliefs.
Johanna: This is a hard dare, because both me and my spouse are unemployed. When I limit my finances, I rebel and then spend too much. I watched the Video by Jake Ducey: “ #1 Millionaire Habits from Bob Proctor that changed my life.” You have time to watch Netflix, you have time to make money. Increase your income to meet you needs, instead of just decreasing your spending. Looked at my money coming in and out with gratitude. And when I had free time instead of scrolling, I decided to look for a job. And then my friend texted me and asked if I was looking for a job. And now I have a part time job that I can do from home doing something that I enjoy doing.
Sometimes when we get what we manifest, we then get nervous and self sabotage. But catch yourself, push through that anxiety and fear and find your blessings.
Bretagne: I went through all of my bank accounts and statements. Cancel any unused subscription services. And I went through all my financing apps and found an extra few hundred dollars that I didn’t know I had. As I have been changing belief around my finances, I found myself starting to worry about money, and I stopped myself in my tracks and said, no we aren’t going to worry about any more. I have become self aware, I was lowering my vibration, and changed my belief about not having enough.
New Truth: (Johanna): Do you ever get anxiety or feel Overwhelmed over something you have never done before? What overwhelms you?
Anike: Yes all the time, like entering a meeting where you don’t know anyone
Johanna: I’m overwhelmed all the time, not just my new job. I thought it was just stuff I didn’t know how to do, But over things I already know how to do, like the dishes or the laundry.
Bretagne: Yes often, like when teaching a new weekly yoga class.
New Dare: Find the root cause of a specific fear : Choose 1 or more : Emotional, Physical, Mental and Spiritual blocks and face your fear.
Emotionally: What are you afraid of expressing? Physically: What sex position or dance do you want to try? Mentally: What book are you wanting to start or language you want to learn? Spiritually: Find a way to connect to this earth and people, by making their needs your needs.
Brene Brown “Spirituality is recognizing and celebrating that we are all inextricably connected to each other by a power greater than all of us and that our connection to that power and to one another is grounded in love and compassion. Practicing spirituality brings a sense of perspective, meaning, and purpose to our lives.”

Thought/quote of the day: (Anike) Japanese Proverb: “Better than 1,000 days of diligent study is one day with a great mentor”
Recap of last week’s Truth/Dare: (Anike)
Dare: (Anike): Find someone of value, someone you look up to, who does what you want to do and be obsessed with them. 5/7 days this week find someone who does what you want to do and reach out to them, learn from them. Take action. So you can be inspired and move into action.
New Truth: (Bretagne): How do you feel when the topic of money or finances comes up? How is your relationship with money?
Its more important to give than to receive. But especially as women, I feel like we are not educated on finances. We also need to get away from the idea of “I will be happy when…” If you find gratitude and joy now, abundance will come. You will not be given more, until you are grateful for what you have.
New Dare: (Bretagne): Money is no longer a dirty word. This week take control of your finances. Make a budget, Review your bank statement, Stop a subscription service. Don’t go shopping, or do. But stop avoiding the financial conversation. Look at your money coming and going with gratitude either way. And create a plan for abundance.
