When you think of our early ancestors what comes to mind? Cavemen? Well it might be more complicated than that, but at the base of this tenet the objective is to move. Its hard to believe that our ancestors even up to about 100 years ago had any real means of refrigeration and food storage so they had to use what they got to the fullest and then go out and Hunt for more. Hunter/gatherer tribes as well as agricultural tribes still had to move on a constant basis to have the means to survive. How do we transfer that into our daily lives? How do we honor their sacrifice and hard work with our daily practices? In todays episode Jess and I cover all the aspects of moving and the main ideas to think about when structuring your workouts, daily routines, and lifestyle to live as healthy as possible.
